Photoblogging

This past week, I’ve been back in my old stomping grounds of the San Francisco Bay Area. The city definitely is in better shape than when I left in February 2021, but I don’t feel compelled to move back here. Incidentally, it is not clear whether the license plate is mandatory for the Mayor of SF. 🙂

  1. “And yeah … she better hang onto her designer dog … tight … or it’ll be swiped … the leash cut and the pooch gone forever.”

Either that or it’s her first day as a dog walker and she is not quite clear on the concept…

    1. I thought she was carrying it, so the dog wouldn’t have to walk in human feces.
      Nice dog though.

    2. “Either that or it’s her first day as a dog walker and she is not quite clear on the concept…” – this is the funniest thing I’ve read all year!

  2. re the pic, what is the point? the tent city replaced with camper vans?
a new demographic? the old one killed itself off with all that fentanyl?

    1. $800,000 for you, $800,000 for me and $100,000 to the contractor who submitted the bid for that amount.

  3. I used to go to SF every couple of years for about 15 years. I have not been there for more than a decade. I follow Metal Leo on youtube for recaps of how far familiar places in SF have fallen since I was last there. Here’s his latest about SF, just in time for baseball season. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DtWSUBE12J0
