  1. I’m noticing a growing number of Americans posting memes praising Carney because he has a Ph.D. in Economics and somehow this makes him a much more brilliant and superb leader than Trump.

    These same folks don’t bother to spend 10 seconds looking at Carney’s destructive records as Trudeau’s puppet master. Their ignorance is beyond appalling.

    1. They don’t listen to one minute of Carney talking, if they did that they can see he’s just another blithering idiot just like Justin Trudeau. In fact he even sounds worse when he speaks than the idiot King Justin Trudeau.

    2. I saw a clip the other day of Carnage at the World Bank discussing pressing matters like net zero. The sikh head of the bank was there.
      What shocked me was how articulate he was in that venue. Then it hit me: he’s a LIAR chatting with other LIARS and is therefore very comfortable and articulate.

      In his campaign, he does more awes and ums than Trudope himself! He is extremely inarticulate. LYING of course but very carefully, warily, uncomfortably, inarticulately because he is fearful of being found out by ordinary Joes and Janes who just look out their windows.

  4. He mentions CBC at the end, like it is the lifeblood of all Canadians. My question from CTV would be; “While we have to operate our network like a business, CBC gets revenue from commercials, just like us, but receives tax-payer’s largess on top of that. When will CBC be run like a business or is it more important to your government to have a ready mouthpiece?”

    1. Absolutely, TI! When he tried to explain where these “scarce resources” would be allocated, he spoke of the CBC, and how money shoveled there would help build our culture and identity as Canadians.
      IOW – the Canadian culture he wants to see is a bunch of drooling left wingers who blindly follow whatever our masters tell us, and demonize any deviation from the current group-think.
      Canadian culture, by definition, is whatever Canadians choose to spend their own time and their own dime consuming. So Joe Rogan and SDA and Blacklocks are all part of the Canadian culture, too.
      That part of his answer – we need to tax corporations in order to fund the CBC, as the instrument of indoctrination into True Canadian Culture – was one of the most sinister things I have heard from this man. And that’s a pretty high bar to pass over.

It astounds me how even my French language relatives are supporting this clown who has said he wants to more than double the population of Canada. Don’t they realize what that will do to there French language when they import 60000000 East Indians and other cultures? Do the natives not realize what that will do to their rights? You might be able to guilt white Europeans but are people from India etc going to feel one minutes guilt for anything the “colonialists” did? I don’t think so.

  8. I’ve become SO disillusioned by all bits of info regardless of the source. This makes me wonder if the Libs haven’t given the go ahead to print non-flattering coverage of Carney because Poillievre has the same Agenda and it doesn’t matter to them which one wins?

      1. My infamous gut is telling me that Carnage is going to be installed, much like he was installed as lieberal leader. It’s looking like the fix is in. Here’s hoping I am wrong, like I was about the US election (thank goodness), although it’s not like they haven’t tried.
        It took a MASSIVE amount of support of MAGA to make that election ‘too big to rig’, and I wonder aloud if PP has that same level of support.
        I guess we’ll find out one way or the other on April 28

      That’s been my thought all along.

      Had a conversation yesterday with my best friend of 50 years about him voting CPC and me voting PPC. He says we are too old to “burn it all down” and start again. I told him I was tired of waiting for a real conservative/libertarian government to come in and fix the damages done to Canada over the last 50 years….and voting Liberal Lite will NOT fix that.

      They had their chances to win my support. They clearly do not want it.

    4. I get the impression that there are substantial elements of the core Liberal alliance that really don’t like Carney and don’t want him to win. Notably, the French Canadian elite hate him because he won’t learn French, and they count for something in the party. There’s also the fact that it’s hard to have any dealings with Carney without quickly learning to despise him, and a lot of the party has had their fill of him.

    1. Judy Trinh, and be careful. She is not as objective as she is being made out to be. Translation: She’s as big a lieberal mouthpiece as they come.
      Remember… controlled opposition. Expose Carney’s little transgresions, so that you are distracted from the bigger skeletons in his closet. WE STILL DON’T KNOW CARNAGE’S ASSETS!!!

  12. I’m no fan, but what Brookfield did was legal. The tax system is always rigged so that those who have a team of top notch tax accountants and lawyers will make off like bandits, ethical or not.

    2. It’s not that Carnage helped Brookfield avoid taxes that is the issue here. Lord Tomlin’s Dictum allows for arranging one’s affairs to legally do so.
      If Carnage was competent he would have openly discussed what he did for Brookfield and relate it to how he would improve life for his fellow Canadians. But, Carnage is incompetent and sucks at life in general. What he did for Brookfield was to improve his lot only. If Brookfield also benefited it wasn’t intentional. Thus, he won’t discuss it as he knows it would expose his ineptness.

  13. So he will, if elected, do something he could have done or Trudeau could have done or the Liberal/NDP caucus could have done before calling an election.

    Basically, the Liberals/NDP are promising to do all of the things they could have and should have done in the past 9+ years but didn’t. Hmm.

    He doesn’t know what the hell he’s doing but that’s OK with Liberals and their supporters. To hell with debt and deficits as long we have Liberals in charge.

    Canada is not in good hands, the people are dummies or we wouldn’t have elected Trudeau in the first place.
    If we elect them with Carney we are no better than with Trudeau, just a new empty suit flapping his yap with no idea how he’s going to accomplish anything he’s promising.
