It’s OVER. Counting building permits is beside the point. Developers are buying up the burnt-out neighborhoods … and the transfer of ownership will only accelerate. The neighborhoods are GONE … never to return. The State has already completely eliminated single family zoning … so I guarandamntee you that every one of those developer projects will consist of two if not 4 total units per prior single family parcel.

The State seems to think that all those new residents will find everything they need within a 15min. walk … because … well … because there is NO infrastructure to support 4-families replacing one in these small, winding street neighborhoods. No, it will turn these neighborhoods into unlivable shit shows of poor(er) people living on top of the few residents who rebuild single family homes.
