  1. How many homes have been built in Lytton BC? It’s been a couple years. Millions in consultant fees.

  2. Look man.. The big wheel turns slow.. if it turns..
Don’t sweat it tho, Newsom says.. looool.. Newsom says he’s on it. Probably right after he gets done with his high-speed rail, I guess. And maybe his 2028 presidential campaign.. They’ll just have to put their petty concerns aside for a moment and consider the greater good! Be more patient, and less selfish. Newsom has a lot on his mind..

  3. Neighborhoods be back by 2090.
California mimics the effectiveness of the Biden administration, especially in addressing “Climate Change.” And vice versa.

  4. Adam Carolla has pointed out that the very rich, solid blue voters who voted for and enabled this ugly, many-headed hydra of a beaurocracy now stand among the ashes of their mansions and realize it has bitten them in the bum. He also pointed out that under the best circumstances it takes 3 years from the time the first permit application is made, until the first nail is driven. I will wager though they will still vote democrat.

  5. It’s OVER. Counting building permits is beside the point. Developers are buying up the burnt-out neighborhoods … and the transfer of ownership will only accelerate. The neighborhoods are GONE … never to return. The State has already completely eliminated single family zoning … so I guarandamntee you that every one of those developer projects will consist of two if not 4 total units per prior single family parcel.

The State seems to think that all those new residents will find everything they need within a 15min. walk … because … well … because there is NO infrastructure to support 4-families replacing one in these small, winding street neighborhoods. No, it will turn these neighborhoods into unlivable shit shows of poor(er) people living on top of the few residents who rebuild single family homes.

But the good news is… this will become a lab experiment that shows how utterly INSANE it is to eliminate all reasonable, orderly, Zoning regulations. The idiot big-L Libertarians who detest zoning laws as not “free” Will be shown to be the idiots they are

  6. Nero used the Great fire of Rome to kickstart urban renewal, ie a new palace. Domus Newsom anybody?
