What’s happening is they want to blame peaceful brown people who keep SS afloat and spend billions mutilating the economy by deporting them.

Looks like Trump needs to cut more spending.
Allow me to suggest the EPA, BATFE, NSA, and the NRO, for starters.
Trump cannot cut that spending which is a legally mandated. There are limits to what the executive in chief can accomplish.
If you really want to balance the budget, you have to go to congress, the House of Reps particularly. By law, all revenue (taxation) bills must originate there, and by practice, all spending bills originate there.
My understanding is that Congress has to approve spending but there’s nothing in the constitution that says the president can’t curtail, in whole or in part, whatever spending amount was approved. It’s called impoundment:

Be that as it may, many government departments and agencies were created by a presidential executive order, one being the Department of Education. Trump could shut it down with another EO. Then any money being alloted to it sits in limbo, in other words it’s not being spent.
I stand corrected on my first point. In 1974, Congress passed the Impoundment Control Act, which prevented a president from curtailing spending.

I am intimately familiar with the peaceful brownish illegal alien men who work construction in the S.F. Bay Area. Easily 40% min. (prob. much more) of every dollar spent in the construction industry is cash, under the table. It is an utter MYTH that peaceful brownish men pay taxes. No they don’t. And every one of those brownish people I know send a giant chunk of their cash salary back to their family in their countries of origin.
When the un one and the rodent are on the site it is easiest to just ignore the entire threat, as one will learn nothing.
