Your Port Police are on the take. This was painfully obvious relative to stolen vehicles. They outright refuse to intervene, even when another jurisdictional police officer is standing next to the cargo container holding a stolen truck. In fact, the Port Police told the two municipal police officer to leave.
The Canadian Ports Police were disbanded in 1997. A friend of mine was a diver on the Port of Vancouver Ports Police. I am not sure if any replacement organization has ever been created. I have read recently that less than 1% of ships arriving in Canada are inspected and none leaving Canada are inspected. Similar with trains.

Someone who’s not hopelessly compromised and cowed/afraid, like the federal Liberals and their associates are, needs to take back control of the port in Vancouver.
IF the US ever wanted to step up to do the job that the Liberals and certain former BC politicians have made almost impossible, they should be welcomed with open arms, and thanked. At the very least, there needs to be full and complete cooperation, and a great “figuring out” of who’s actually working for who. Taking back control of the port is not going to happen without a massive, dedicated effort.
There are a lot of people in Vancouver who know exactly what’s going on, but they’re either in on it or have learned to shut up about it because they know they’d get zero help from Canadian officials. The port situation is way worse, and more serious, than 99% of people realize.
I doubt Rosemary was schooled..
