      Well, I’m not so sure this time. The celebrities that lost their mansions are pissed off and the press is covering their fully justified and accurate rants. And even though they voted for the Goobernor and Mayor, the celebrities are not giving them a pass on this one.

      The gates of the celebrities’ communities normally protect them from the left’s destructive policies that only affect ‘the little people’. This time those gates didn’t protect them, and the celebs have the ear of the medja.

      If the fires had only burned down Compton, Torrance, and Watts, Nwscum would have been OK.

      1. More than just voting Dem, these now homeless wealthy celebs have influence and money. I doubt they’ll be donating to support the existing clownshow.
         They may not switch to Republican candidates, but they may well find candidates of their own to promote and finance.
         For them to totally reject the whole progressive shtick would require them to admit their loud opinions have been WRONG all along. “Just ignore us; we don’t know wtf we’re talking about.”

4. Update on how to vote in the upcoming Liberal nomination race. One has to be a Liberal party member by January 27th, bring at least two pieces of ID to the local nomination site, and show up. The voter ID requirement negates any phoney names. (Originally I was going to sign up as Bill M. Lader, but can’t now).

   It’s free, but I probably won’t go to the yokel-local nomination meeting in my riding. Our MP, Jenica Atwin, is a notorious anti-semite, and meeting and greeting over-perfumed Liberals would not be enjoyable. And think of the speeches! Besides I am elderly and mobility handicapped.

The old NDiPper trick on election day was round up the homeless, take them to the polling station, vouch for everyone, show them who to vote for on the ballet (at the voter’s request), load them back up, exchange voters with different drivers, take them to the next polling station, keep repeating…..
