  1. Canadian courts protect the government, at expense of subjects, at all times, period. Just one more way this banana republic has descended into a complete shithole.

  2. I have NEVER had a good experience with the Canadian Healthcare system -whether it was in Ontario, Manitoba, Alberta or Saskatchewan. I am NOT surprised.

  3. In my small town the community centre was the centre of everything. Within 24 hours the people in charge of the community centre were sharing the names of the unvaccinated. It became open season on us. The local store owner was told if he did not fire his unvaccinated staff (who were not required to be vaccinated) they would stop shopping there. Neighbours began turning around and walking away from us. We were threatened with everything from being ostracized to arson. The mandates destroyed our town turning enighbours against each other and broke families apart.

      Someone should have showed the people at the community centre a copy of the Nuremberg Code an a copy of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

      There’s a special place in hell for such folks!

      1. Yeah, no one cared. 1/3 were unvaxxed, 1/3 stayed low and waited for it to pass, 1/3 actively hunted and punished the unvaxxed. No one would have care about the Nuremberg code.

      Seems this Judge didn’t provide a proper “sick note” … which is now evidently a “constitutional” right for her employer to obtain. Now THAT’s sick. Fire her, if you don’t like her incomplete sick note … but don’t you DARE invade her privacy. Effffing Fascist government.

  4. I think the SCOC has already ruled on the security and privacy of one’s health information from more than 2 decades past with the AIDS decision. They had ruled that your health file is personal and not for anyone else to access. When it comes to the judiciary having to follow their own rules, my guess is “they do what they want” and if necessary they’ll make up the rules to rule they’re exempt or above the fray.

    Was that all tossed out the window with covid? it seems so…
    I expect to be arguing against the jab for another decade.

    The folks I was working with in 2019-2022 all had printed fake covid vax cards even while the gov’t had said only those issued by gov’t were acceptable. We printed from The Rebel Media, “Face Mask Exemption Card” … and eventually all the people I worked with were jabbed, they said they felt they had to in order to “see their nephew” or “travel to the USA” etc… and the only people I see regularly in Calgary who are NOT jabbed are the 7 in my immediate family. While the Regina SK extended family will always think, “of course we’re all vaxed, we’d be crazy to not be protected against this” … My sister still wears a mask at work, her Dr. says it’s a good idea.

    Justin Burch, the “shunning” of people is a time honored means of imposing views on others.
    I don’t know how to check that menace in a community centre, nor in a church or whatever.
    To “not be in the club” is devastating for some folks, while it is freeing for others… takes me back to my sister 40 years ago in high school being shunned, and I don’t know if the answer to it is the same as it was back then….

    1. I just gave all of them the middle finger but my wife is a social person and she was so depressed she was having fleeting thoughts of suicide. From what I heard from the National Citizens Inquiry a lot of women in her age bracket actually did off themselves. My neighbours now act like they didn’t say anything and everything is normal. I had to stop standing in front of the would be arsonist’s house giving him the finger because it was upsetting my wife. Now I just glare when he says hello.

    2. I am fortunate to not care if I’m in anyone’s club. I am a very social person, but won’t budge on my beliefs for anyone. I try to be diplomatic, because that is the only way I was able to not estrange and eventually win over most of my family, even those who were jabbed. I now know who our true friends are and don’t care for the friendship of the rest. I sometimes join the haters for a beer, just to annoy them with my presence. It’s one of life’s odd pleasures.

  6. BTW … my online medical app says I am overdue for my RSV vaccine and my flu vaccine because I am in the 60+ age group. This is ridiculous. I have no intention of having either vaccines.

    I honestly look forward to new laws DEMANDING all elders TAKE the vaccines as an admission requirement for Obamakkare/Medicare … just like our schools demand a bevy of vaccinations for admittance to public schools.

    1. Our GP will not even broach the subject of any jab for any ailment at all for any of us. I didn’t wear a mask, even when they were ‘required.” He enjoys my visits, because of my sense of humor and is happy to work with me, but he knows my rules. I was fired by my cardiologist, who would have me debilitated, rather than not follow generally accepted guidelines/protocols.

    Don’t look to a politically appointed judge to rule against the government.

  10. Simple solution. Apply the Access of Information Act (Canadian equivalent of the FOIA) and send a formal request to the medical providers of Chief Judge Pamela S. Williams, and request all available medical information so as to make an determination as to whether said judge (since retired I believe) is and was fit to serve. Do the same with all judges, doctors, politicians etc. Their rules…own it.

    It will deliver the desired message.

  11. The courts are as much a part of the State as the legislature, the executive and the bureaucracy. If you think the courts will save you, you’re being naive.

    I’ve got no sympathy for anybody in the legal profession outside of maybe clerks and secretaries.

  15. my 1st encounter of the judge kind, we were pulled over kincardine ont 9 pm the driver who had 2 beer in him and me 3 did a U turn.
    oopsie.
    fast fwd we’re in court l plead ‘guilty’ to ‘drinking other than residence’ and get threatened with godam jail time if l dont cough up the fine
    in cash.
    then and there before leaving the court room.
    jeopardizing my job in London as a senior mainframe computer operator. a vital position.
