Why this blog?
Until this moment I have been forced to listen while media and politicians alike have told me "what Canadians think". In all that time they never once asked.
This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio -
"You don't speak for me."

If we just had the total cost of Trudeau’s travel he likley need to flee to China to avoid lynching. Actually the total of travel catering bills would likley do it. Of course we would have to pay for the flight.
*
Small potatoes… how about Jean Chretien giving Justine 120 million dollars of taxpayer money to start up The Trudeau Foundation?
*
And Ed Broadbent?
And (slightly less) every former Governor General?
When Poilievre finally gets in and we have to start cleaning up the mess he will find, there are a lot of rabbit holes that need exploring. It will not be pretty; a lot of sacred cows will bleat to high heaven (including some beloved to the Conservatives); but it will have to be done.
While the MSM treats where we are now as the soap opera of its dreams, what is being ignored is just how adrift our government is; and the flotsam that is drifting in its wake. And that we are all going to pay for it.
It’s good to be King.
In this case he really does look like the piss boy.
Our dear leader, the king.
Mel Brooks is awesome..
Nothing too good for a Liberal.

Here is a little speech that has a small link to the story and for some senior Canadians the points she makes will resonate with them. Many will remember that many politicians only became involved in politics after they had built a reputation in business and their local community. This was before Trudeau, the Senior, came along and sold Canadians on the idea that if they wanted ‘good men’ to run the country then we had to pay better salaries. As a result we are where we are today, with grafters running the country that in a by-gone era couldn’t run a five and dime store.

but they may have run a chair lift
I blame capitalism. Right?
Oh yeah. Totally capitalism’s fault.
Imagine how much better it would be under socialism. They would have bought the whole block and stocked it with wine and hookers. That’s how their do it in China.
The politburo all live higher on the hog than any Health Insurance executive. Remember THAT when you wish to take … ewwwwwwwww profits … out of medicine
You have not seen trough-fed hawgs until you’ve seen an OHIP office. Iron rice bowl for life, pass the caviar please.
You can justify a facility that is sufficient size and presentable looking enough for official functions but $9 million is excessive . They are paying for location on billionaire row as well as luxury. We can assume that if the condo was not used for official events, that he would not need such large luxurious digs. So lets be charitable and not charge full rent but lets at least keep it within shouting distance of what a person with his income and lifestyle would pay privately for rent. I assume it would be higher than average rents since averages take in to account very low rates as well as very high. He is getting a very good deal or should we say it’s a real steal!
1800 for any apt in NYC would be a hell of a deal. A studio apt would cost you more.
Further to my last post, why do we need a consul general located in New York? Is the Canadian Ambassador to Washington not up to the job? Do we have more consul generals in other large cities in America like Chicago, Los Angeles, New Orleans, Seattle? How about internationally, cities like London, Paris, Berlin, San Paulo, Helsinki do they all have resident consul generals? The average Canadian is so ignorant of what he/she is paying for in government salaries, accommodation, and expences that it boggles the mind and politicians of all stripes like it that way.
We used to have 2 there, one for New York, and one for the UN, not sure if that’s still the case.
We also have one in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Honolulu, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, San Francisco and Seattle. Plus an ambassador in Washington DC.
All of them are about what you’d expect from Trudeau
Here’s a link where you can find all the Canadian embassies and consulates.
https://travel.gc.ca/assistance/embassies-consulates?
As for the US:
– Washington = embassy
Consulates
– Atlanta
– Boston
– Chicago
– Dallas
– Denver
– Detroit
– Honolulu
– Los Angeles
– Miami
– Minneapolis
– New York
– San Francisco
– Seattle
When I applied for landed immigrant status years ago (I lived in the Chicago area) I had to pay a visit to the Canadian Consul General in Chicago at one point.
How much would that condo take to rent in New York?
The Median is $3356 USD according to Zillow, so that’s about $1556 USD subsidy for Tom Clark, will that be reflected on his tax return?
I wish this was the worst thing of its kind I’ve heard of. Once you start looking at windmills, battery factories and weed company IPOs this is small potatoes.
Does anyone think it is an accident that Canada’s economy is so f-ed? They’re pillaging you all day, every day, and this is how they do it. Silver-spoon deals like this are so common it doesn’t even raise eyebrows anymore. Everything government does is this.
But…but…but… $18 for a glass of OJ!
If I were made King tomorrow, Liberals would take turns swimming in a very large pool of orange juice.
Wearing cement shoes.
So, you’d purge about half the Canadian population?
Myself, I’d only purge the leadership, ie all the lib MPs, MPPs, mayors, big corpo donors (like that healthcare insurance CEO who was just offed) that the right seems to care so much about. Dumb as a bag of rusty hammers.
Can’t go around purging folk just because their dumb and brainwashed, after all.
I guess Thanos-like numbers would be a tad harsh.
But would the “dumb and brainwashed” want to live in a world of wide truth and individual freedom and the consequences both bring?
I’m not sure that the dumb and brainwashed care, no matter how much they’ve been programmed to signal that they do. What they care about is easily changed with even a wee bit pf propaganda.
Personally, I think an An-Cap kinda world would be pretty nice, even as those who fear it will wax poetic about the dangers of muh drugs, guns and whores, kinda like we don’t have drugs, guns and whores in this current setup.
There is a reason why I say Canadians are a bunch of bunch of limp-wristed, panty-waisted, yellow-bellied, lily-livered, pussywillow buttercups.
” limp-wristed, panty-waisted, yellow-bellied, lily-livered, pussywillow buttercups.”
AKA, bible pounding wankers!
So would that be a taxable benefit?
It should be….and it should be at market rent.
It’s not like the #Libranos “didn’t know” this info would be made public, it’s more like they don’t care what you know about how they live, where the money flows, who is subsidised or who writes the checks
Are you still paying taxes? How quaint.
When you see someone stuck in the snow, they’ll be no other traffic on this road overnight, and you know they’re not going to make it through, be certain to ask if they are now or have ever been a member of the #Librano Party of Canada and then act accordingly as to how they’ve treated you for the past 9 years.
When I see someone stuck in the snow, I help them if they need it.
That won’t change until the shooting starts.
Hey ease up on Tom Clark, Trudeau needs a suitable pad to “hole” up in when in NY. Kind of gives a whole new meaning to taking one for the team.
It could have been Dozy Rosie.
Aaaaand up at the cottage by happy hour on Thursday.
Fire Tom Clark his staff and eliminate the position from the gubmint and then sell the 9 million dollar apartment.
Audit this $62,000,000,000 Budget.
That’s a Billion every 5 Days!
Some People have no idea how big this number is. CRIMINAL FILTHY LIBERALS
1 million seconds is 12 days
1 Billion Seconds is 32 Years
1 Trillion Seconds is 32,000 years.
62,000,000,000?? That is the deficit my friend, the actual budget is closer to 600,000,000,000, yes 600 Billion.
Closer to 2 billion every day.
And they call *me* a criminal.
… and then there is that free and inexhaustible supply of fine wine, champagne, deluxe liquor, caviar, canapés, tapas, hors d’oeuvres, fine dining and hypocrisy.
Hold on, things I don’t understand here:
1. If the condo was purchased, then there is no rent.
2. Does Trudeau own it and lets his friend stay there?
3. It is not illegal to put your friends up for nothing.
4. What is the $1800 for?
This is a very popular way to bribe cheap politicians in Brasil, but I do not see it as illegal unless some other benefit is provided in return. Suspicious, certainly, but prove illegality.
The point of corruption is that it’s legal, Robert. Buy your bro a $9M condo, charge him $1,800 a month “rent” and shazam! all legal.
But there’s two sides to a deal. What’s the #Pony getting in return for this sweetheart setup? I’d love to hear what the payoff was.
l resent ANYONE referring to govt ‘spending’
and thats all l can get past the filter except this
He must give really good head.
Nice smile.
Word of the day “soaking”.
The Federal budget suffers from rectal prolapse. We eat tax dollars like lightning and crap deficits like thunder.
