    1. It is worth remembering the role Podesta group played in promoting Pootin’s interests in Washington. Of course none wants to remember it as it does not fit the narratives.

    1. WE can thank one of the founding members of the WEF, Angela Merkel for the importation of this Gutter Filth throughout the Western Hemisphere.

      Mass deportations Required…
….or simply use Ralph Kleins method: Shoot, Shovel & STFU…my preferred method

      1. LOL indeed. That is one of many reeasons why I divide the world between civilized and uncivilized. Other differences are minor in comparison.

  1. CBC and the paid media moving to the theme that Trudeau is finished and Freeland is the new savior. Synchronized media should be an Olympic event.

Soon the books on Trudeau will be coming out and I was amusing myself
kicking around potential titles. My favorite ‘The decline and fall of the Turd Reich’.
Be interested in your epitaphs for our soon to be departed unlamented embarrassment

  2. With regard to the odds of a federal election
Trudeau won’t resign but he knows the chances of re-election are nonexistent under the current circumstances. He also knows the NDP has even worse prospects and will therefore keep him in power.
The only thing that can generate a backbone in the NDP caucus is improving poll numbers or (let’s just speculate for s*its and giggles) a sudden injection of donations.

So my suggestion to anyone wanting to put the fox among the hens, is come next month if enough civic minded individuals (say a few thousand) submitted a donation to the NDP party, not large amounts but a reasonable amount, they may believe their fortunes have improved.
They don’t have to improve much, just more than the liberals, and enough to make Jag think he has momentum.
    However
The realist in me knows this is just a theory that will be severely discredited if it gets out there.
That being said it would be an epic troll if Poilievre came out with a statement asking for supporters to give a one time donation to the NDP so they can have enough cash for an election campaign.

    1. I think Trudeau should be toast. But Trudeau doesn’t know the chances of re-election are non-existent. He doesn’t read newspapers or watch TV.

He listens to Telford, who tells him to stay on.

He now has a good friend as finance minister, so look for all kinds of new spending.

Expect lots of talk about conservatives banning abortion.

Liberal MPs have no mechanism to force Trudeau from Leadership, other than voting against him in Parliament (or abstaining). The MPs are spineless. Very few have gone on the record against him.

    2. No, no, no, no, no, no, no.
The NDP must die. They shouldn’t exist, never should have existed, and what they’ve done to this country the last few years means they should never get a vote or any money again. What happened to the Canada when a party does something people don’t like, voters completely obliterate said party, like Campbell’s conservatives?, mind you that was more a rejection of Mulroney, but still. I miss that Canada.

  3. This crazy woman likes to Garden In Canada. Crazy because she gardens in Saskatchewan, a province in which you can watch your dog run away for 3 days.

Asparagus, columbine, leeks, hot peppers etc in this video (planting in December for the spring) but lots of other cool videos.

  4. From movie stars to singers and now to fictional novel writers, everyone hates Trump and Elon Musk is bad.

    https://www.independent.co.uk/arts-entertainment/books/news/stephen-king-elon-musk-trump-b2668410.html

“King’s fans [aka the diaper wearers] said that the statement was more disturbing than any of his novels”.

“The United States is bracing itself for a second Trump presidency”…

“Republicans have also called for South African-born Musk [i.e., he isn’t even one of us] to be the new speaker of the House”.

Kings words will fall mostly on deaf ears …

King wrote: “You can’t call Elon Musk the President-elect, because he wasn’t elected. In fact, having been born in Pretoria, he is ineligible to become president. Nonetheless, he is running the show. You know that, but it bears repeating.”

Meanwhile who has their hand up the rear of puppet Biden?

  5. As glaciers melt they reveal organic artifacts that offer glimpses of our past.

    https://www.cbc.ca/radio/quirks/the-planet-s-melting-glaciers-are-releasing-a-treasure-trove-of-ancient-artifacts-1.7413713

“So this archaeologist […] was just looking at these ice patches in the Absaroka Mountains, and he wasn’t even really trying to find an artifact. He was actually just milling about. And he happened upon this one particular ice patch, and there was a Doritos bag, and there were other objects that, you know, people had left behind really recently. And he looked over and he saw that there was this stick sticking straight out of the snow. And he thought it looked a bit unusual. And so he pulled it out gently and realized that this is something significant. An ancient hunting weapon, the atlatl foreshaft, and it even had these markings on it that he thinks indicate ownership of the person who used this object to hunt with 10,000 years ago.”

“We are currently headed to a world without ice, and I just want readers to really think about what that means. There’s one aspect where we are going to lose a lot of our water sources because mountains are the water towers of the world. So there’s going to be a lot of changes in terms of where we are able to get our water from, but also there’s a lot of other cultural aspects that we associate with ice, like there will be no more sledding down hills in the winter, there will be no more ice skating and hot chocolate afterwards and building of snowmen. And I think those things, although they’re not obviously as important as our water source, they are important to our humanity and to our relationship to the world.”

The only questions I have are, what caused the Earth to be so warm 10,000 years ago and what led to the formation of these glaciers that are only now melting?

  6. Drug site worker an accessory to innocent woman’s murder in Leslieville

Khalila Zara Mohammed, who worked with addicts in the centre’s harm-reduction program, was arrested on Aug. 14, 2023.

The Pickering woman, then 23, was charged with being an accessory after the fact to an indictable offence and attempting to obstruct justice….

    .
This week court heard in an agreed statement of facts that Mohammed was in a relationship with Ahmed Mustafa Ibrahim, who was charged with manslaughter and robbery in the case.

“For exactly 10 hours, we have been posting about the attack on Kamal Odwan Hospital, from targeting the main gate to blowing up a booby-trapped vehicle and opening fire at the patients and doctors.

And not a single “major” (or even minor) western TV or newspaper mentioned a thing. Not a thing. Not even the attack on a tent in the quad of a school shelter that killed eight people four hours ago.

    Good night”

That would likely be because you STAGED the entire thing, and no one is interested in helping you push your BS anymore.
