Believe it or not, these are all options being offered to grown adults at their places of work or study, to help cope with their supposed ‘post-election depression’.

How’s my mental health holding up? Why it is so strange. I feel a certain sense of euphoria, like something great is unfolding and a disaster has been averted. When I look in the mirror I see me smiling. No idea why this might be. Oddly, snowflake acquaintances around me seem to be weeping and gnashing their teeth for some reason. They must have received some bad news. I know it’s unkind of me but when I see them suffering so my grin only gets wider.
