      In that statement, I noted the use of the pronoun “their.” At first, that suggested to me that a plurality of employees were involved, but no. Reading on, it became apparent that only one employee was guilty.

      If “their” in this context refers to _only one employee_, what does that tell you about that employee? It also would explain why that employee took the action that “they” took, and why FEMA is yet another government agency that can no longer be trusted.
