I think I’d take a different approach. A financial one. I’d file election violations against the social media company. But, I’d also file election violations against each individual as well. All this equivocates to “In-Kind Campaign Contributions” that weren’t reported and carry a financial penalty. And, each time they did something to effect the election, they were in violation, and those penalties can add up. That’s a better deterrent than hauling someone before a hearing room filled with blowhards.

Why did Hunter plead guilty?
Joe Biden did not want the lap top information on his business dealings to come out in open court.
Joe will pardon Hunter shortly after the election. I suspect the pardon is already signed, but will be released after the Nov 5th election. It’s signed now, in case Joe dies, has a stroke, or is replaced by Kamala.
How is Joe Biden still president? Should have been gone years ago. Absolutely no excuse since July.
Everyone who agreed to just let him ride it out should be in prison. Both sides.
Kamala should be running as the incumbent, the historic first female president.
Joe feels betrayed by Harris, Pelosi, et al, so he’s not going to step down.
Harris could try to use the 25th amendment, to depose Biden, but I’m thinking Pelosi et al thought that was a bridge too far, which could cost Harris and other Democrats the election. But I might be wrong there.
It could also be that Biden’s cabinet would fight a Harris takeover and the Democrats didn’t want a public fight. Like the Soviets, the Democrats prefer not to air their internal dirty laundry in public.
Plus if Joe resigned, he’d have to pardon Hunter before the election. There’s no guarantee that Kamala would pardon Hunter if she became president. The public, including many Democrats wouldn’t like that.
Hunter plead guilty, knowing he’d get a pardon from daddy Joe. This prevented all kind of awkward questions re Joe’s business dealings becoming public at trial.
So that’s my theory on why dementia Joe is still president.
After the 2020 election, I predicted that Biden wouldn’t last 6 months.
Even though he lingered beyond, I believe it was about that time that people started to notice his decline.
I’m pretty sure people started to notice his decline when he campaigned from his basement in 2020, and before a tiny select crowd and the lapdog media.
