      1. That’s a bet you would likely lose. The Soviets were actually notorious for having supposedly female athletes that looked kind of masculine until the sex-checking procedures introduced for the Olympics, after which those athletes had stopped competing. Why would the successor state of the USSR not resort to the same practice, now that they are the judges as well as the participants?

        1. I think there was one case where a weightlifter had an extra chromosome.

The rest were just normal large hairy eastern European women loaded with testosterone from performance enhancing drugs.

        2. An East German lady was disqualified from the Olympic games. And a few years later delivered a baby. As opposed to guy- can’t. Such is the west virtue.

          1. We aren’t talking about East Germany here, duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuh.
“Sisters Tamara and Irina Press won five track and field Olympic gold medals for the Soviet Union and set 26 world records in the 1960s. They ended their careers before the introduction of gender testing in 1966.”

            Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sex_verification_in_sports

By the way, East Germany is certainly part of the West and the only “virtue” that exists in Russia is “if you aren’t stealing, you aren’t living”.

        1. I have a few gay friends in Toronto (a lawyer and 2 business owners). When Nenshi was first elected in Calgary, they all said that he was a major queen and gayer than Christmas. Since then, he has done nothing to change my opinion of him or his policies.

      1. Those of us who called out the covid lies from day one were the only people who were 100% correct. We were correct then and still are.

        1. No you weren’t, but thankfully a bunch of you died from the deadly disease you claimed was just the flu.

          1. “No you weren’t, but thankfully a bunch of you died from the deadly disease you claimed was just the flu.”

It was the 99.7% survival rate that fooled us.

    1. Oh great, another knob gobblin commie gets elected by knob gobblin commies and moose limbs too ?
Thought they hated knob gobblers. Not enough though.

      1. Just think there are actually people in Alberta that think separation is possible. I guess they haven’t looked real hard at the totality of the electorate.

        1. So true VOWG, too many seats where the sheeeples and unions hostages thrive i.e. Wpg ,Edm and now the stampede city.

          1. A separation referendum wouldn’t be tallied by constituencies or “seats”, but by total vote count throughout the province.
For the most recent referendums in AB. we were asked, should daylight savings be year round (like in summer)? the vote was taken by about 1% in favor of continuing as we are, and changing time twice a year.

The other referendum was for removing equalisation from the Canadian Constitution, section 36.2 was voted for by 642k and for keeping it as is by 399k .. not that the powers that be in Ottawa took note. It was a clear victory in Calgary, 218k to 157k … while in Edmonton the vote was 108k to remove, and 116k to keep as is. The rest of the province seems to have voted to remove as well, underlining Edmonton’s status as “Redmonton”

Polling in the past few years has shown strong interest, almost close enough support to separate in both AB and Sask. and this was the result simply due to rumblings in the crowd.
With a full campaign and the anger at our state in Confederation, I think we’d win.

          2. “With a full campaign and the anger at our state in Confederation, I think we’d win.”

Nope, and I say that as someone who’d vote in favor. Separatists had a shot to demonstrate they are serious people and blew it again 50 years after the last time they blew it. They blew it for the same reason the right in general is blowing it.

  1. There’s something very odd about that car chase. There’s simply no way a state police SUV should be able to keep up with a 5.0 GT, and the Mustang driver repeatedly fails to take advantage of long straights or opportunities to break line of sight. There are parts where it’s almost like he slows down deliberately to keep the police cruiser on his tail.

    1. Oh no its not the driver it is the “car” that “took” on the state police. Cars are really not very bright when it comes to acting on their own.

    2. The mustang driver seems very cautious.- as far as police chases go- Slowing down for blind corners and hills, waiting to carefully pass other cars.
They never heard the expression “drive it like you stole it”

  2. “Climate goals could make gas heating obsolete. So why do gas companies keep adding customers?”

So asks CBC journalist Emily Chung.

    https://www.cbc.ca/news/science/gas-network-policies-1.7240239

“And yet […] investment in gas infrastructure is growing and new customers are being added in every province or territory with a gas network”.

I like the use of the word “could”. They still can’t be 100% certain that climate change is real.

      1. True, that would require the military, and therefore won’t happen. And won’t happen in the US either. Mass deportation of the invaders is essential but a hopeless dream. It cannot be done. Period.

        1. ‘Deporting the invaders’ would mean no one here but native Indians. Decolonization is de-civilization whether carried out by the left or right.

          1. 1. He is talking about Paris France not Paris Ontario, shortbus.
            2. Nope deporting savages like you does not mean civilized have to go too.
            3. It is either sending you back or letting you turn this country into a turd world hellhole you came from.

    1. I am sure that Justin Trudeau and his cabinet have been promised by their boss that they will get advance notice and the vaccines for them before the next release.

  3. Limitarianism. It’s a new thing. Well…maybe not.

    https://thedailydigest.com/en/archivo/limitarianism-should-there-be-a-limit-to-how-rich-people-can-be/

“…in a country like the Netherlands, with a public healthcare system and pensions, the political wealth cap should be €10 million ($10.89 million) – anything over would be taxed at 100%.”

I suggest we pick a country like … Cuba … and try this experiment. It should be fun and eye-opening.

      1. “Also, David Stockman on the conflict in Ukraine: https://internationalman.com/articles/david-stockman-on-the-ukrainian-border-war-folly/

A really informative read, thanks for sharing it. A good excerpt:

        —————————————————

This pattern transpired because once the iron-hand of totalitarian rule ended in 1991, the deep and historically rooted conflict between Ukrainian nationalism, language and politics of the central and western regions of the country and the Russian language and historical religious and political affinities of the Donbas and south came rushing to the surface. So-called democracy barely survived these contests until February 2014 when one of Washington’s “color revolutions” finally “succeeded”. That is to say, the Washington fomented and financed nationalist-led coupe d état ended the fragile post-communist equilibrium.

That’s the true meaning of the Maidan coup. It ended the tenuous cohesion that kept the artificial state of Ukraine intact for barely two decades after the Soviet demise. So save for Washington’s destructive intervention, the partition of a communist-confected state that had never been built to last would have eventually materialized.

        ——————————————————

The US should have minded their own business and not started a proxy war to make money from.

        1. There was no Maidan Coup and Ukraine was not ‘communist-confected’. It predates Russia, and will likely outlast it too.

          1. “There was no Maidan Coup and Ukraine was not ‘communist-confected’. It predates Russia, and will likely outlast it too.”

Maybe you should read the article before making dumb statements like that. The history is all explained there…and there are a few maps as well, so even Colon/Surfer could probably understand it. Maybe.

        2. A textbook example of a St Petersburg bot spoon feeding the gullible useful idiot.

    1. It should say “unknown rapist and looter fed into enemy meatgrinder by the blocking detachments” in orkish.

    1. Dagestan is yet another country under russian occupation. It too will end… although this event, like before, has all the signs of a false flag operation.
