It is a peculiar thing about New Brunswick that they have never funded abortions outside of hospitals. One would think that a past Liberal or PC government would have done so and dressed it up as supporting women’s rights, blah blah blah, but neither party has ever been in favour of it. They suffer the occasional tongue lashing from lefties outside of the province, like yesterday, but they don’t change.
I’m a born & raised New Brunswicker and I have no explanation for that.
Perhaps New Brunswickers don’t like the idea of killing babies.

Welshboy, they fund abortions in public hospitals. The article says that they kill most unborn humans via chemicals (some pill). NB is just not reimbursing killings done in private clinics.
One has to wonder why any province would reimburse killings done in private clinics given the supposed sanctity of public ‘health’ care. Any other ‘medical’ procedure done in private clinics would be lambasted by Trudeau/Singh.
