Lithium, geothermal, carbon tax, drilling, plastics, loans – a bit of everything

Geothermal project near Estevan has major update, with a greenhouse now in the works to make use of surplus heat that would otherwise go to waste.

First Nation wants voice in plastics treaty. Guess they don’t like plastics.

This might have been posted yesterday. Trudeau calls out Moe on carbon tax fight. (Yes, I use the Canadian Press – as a one man band, I can’t do everything!)

More on carbon tax fight, from Trudeau

Quick Dick McDick puts the old farm truck out to pasture. It makes me sad, because my gas guzzling Canyonero of a Ford Expedition is nearing its end of life, too.

For some reason, this didn’t post yesterday:

Minister Guilbeault issues statement on high-level meeting as INC-4 begins, verbatim. This is that plastics ban thing. In Pipeline Online’s never-ending quest to ensure the Canadian Public knows exactly what Minister of Environment and Climate Change Steven Guilbeault is telling us on how to save the planet, here is his verbatim statement issued on April 23 about the evils of plastic.

  1. I see Trudeau has upped his game with respect to the CRA. Reminded me of Schumer’s “six ways to Sunday” comment when describing the Intelligence agencies on Meet the Press.

    1. I always thought that the federal government could not tax a province…..and SaskEnergy is a provincial government entity.

  2. Gilbert is a dangerous a hole who needs to be put back in an orange jumpsuit and locked up, for the good of all Canadians.

    1. Waste of a jumpsuit and btw, did he not call it a “Registry”?

Unfortunately at 310,000 km, the rear engine seal is now leaking like a sieve, the rear suspension is gone and I’ve spent $3000 on the heating system and still haven’t resolved the issue. So its now the spare vehicle and will eventually be retired after 10 years of heavy usage.

  3. Quick Dick McDick is still a thing? Haven’t watched him since his “don’t get upset about Planned Parenthood porn in schools; kids will find it online anyway; what about the Christians and what they did” rant.

  4. Awe shucks a plastic summit for the “Upper class” social justice activist. These people are so out of touch it is not funny anymore.
