I volunteered earlier today for the RFK campaign (gave them my e-mail address indicating I can volunteer my time at events, etc). Now mind you I am totally MAGA, and of course have no intention of voting for RFK, but I plan on working in southeastern Pennsylvania (Philly and the “collar counties”) to try and convince Biden leaners to vote for RFK, as I think this is an easier sell – much easier than convincing Biden leaners to vote for Trump.

The only warmonger in the Ukraine war is Vladimir Putin. Why people would want to side with one of the biggest murdering imperialist authoritarian despots on the planet has always puzzled me. He has caused hundreds of thousands of needless deaths, many his own people.

Ah yes, he has put out the willingness to negotiate many times since the beginning with no takers. So it escalates with reasonable people on the sidelines like Trump & RFK and many other respectable people calling for at least some diplomacy and dialog.

So Putin invades Ukraine, annexes a big chunk of territory, and when his army gets bogged down he pleads for peace so long as he can keep everything he took. Then Ukraine is expected to sit and wait for a third invasion by Russia where they grab even more territory.
Yeah, that’s not a peacemaking. That’s imperialism by installment.
So outside of Hungary’s Viktor Orban name one Western leader in charge who has even attempted peace. In fact they have gone out of their way to derail peace negotiations.
Anyway at least the sane voices like Tucker Carlson, Trump & RFK agree with me, while the people pushing pronouns and trannys lapdancing with children agree with you.
The war is between Ukraine and Russia. It’s up to those two to negotiate a peace. And in fact Ukraine has made peace proposals, such as this:

Putin clearly showed the world during the visit of South African delegates that a draft Peace proposal was initialled by both Ukrainian & Russian diplomats – and it’s no secret by any side that it was the UK’s Boris Johnson who derailed those negotiations.

Johnson is not capable of derailing negotiations between Russia and Ukraine. He hasn’t the power. If those two nations wish to strike a deal, no one can stop them.

They’re supposed to come from Tamás Orbán, a Hungarian political pundit. Hungary, however, seems almost to have a better relation with Russia than Ukraine. Rather strange, given that they were part of the Soviet Bloc and are now part of NATO.

Really? You’re dredging up my old posts so you can call me on them? I would think an adult would have better things to do.
But I did say “doable”. I didn’t say “inevitible.” In part it required that western nations supply Ukraine with plenty of armaments — particularly long-range missiles — and that hasn’t happened. The U.S. now seems to be trying to manage the war rather than giving Ukraine the means to win.
