Dystopian Down Under- Landmark Covid vaccine injury win
The Department of Child Protection (DCP) must pay compensation and medical expenses to a youth worker who developed pericarditis after getting a Covid booster under a workplace vaccination directive, the South Australian Employment Tribunal has ruled.
In a decision handed down on 15 January 2024, the Tribunal determined that Daniel Shepherd’s employment was “a significant contributing cause” to his injury, which has since rendered him incapable of performing his role at work.
“Many Australian employers have sought to deflect responsibility for injuries incurred under workplace Covid vaccine directives on the basis that they were simply following state government orders.”
I remember bodily autonomy, informed consent and medical rights advocates warning employers, medical professionals and post secondary schools that “I was just following orders” was not going to be an adequate legal defense.
In my opinion, more research into mRNA and other covid injections will expose that they were neither as safe nor as effective as advertised. I doubt the propaganda slogans repeated endlessly by politicians and the media will hold much legal weight when compared to the actual injuries suffered by those coerced/economically forced to take the injections. I still predict it will take 8 to 10 years for the full picture of medical and political corruption to be revealed.

I think that too many people fail to understand history or are unable to apply those lessons to modern circumstances. They may be smart but perhaps not wise. Most likely they thought they were too smart to be bamboozled by government propaganda, peer pressure, fear campaigns and deference to authority.
There’s already massive research and hundreds of studies. You just have to know where to look — and who to read on Substack– because the mainstream media certainly isn’t saying.
This is massive. It will cause the Aussies to consider removing the safe harbour from litigation given in the original Pfizer and Moderna contracts on the basis of fraud. That will open the floodgates. Government are by nature weasels, so they will want to spread blame.

As a victim of the governmental policy to intimidate, shame, and coerce the ‘unvaccinated’, otherwise known as a purebloods, into getting ‘jabbed’ for the ‘common good’, like many here I have been following the progress of the the other governmental policy known far and wide as “cover your ass”. The purveyors of the global injection program are now scrambling to try and cover themselves with innocence under a myriad of excuses. What they are afraid of is that the injections didn’t kill as many or as fast as they hoped for. Now the result is that the survivors are waking up to what the purebloods knew from the beginning, but for the survivors the damage has been inflicted and it becomes more and more apparent everyday. From the inquiry in the Scottish Parliament to the debate in the United Kingdom House of Commons around the world to Australia and New Zealand politicians and medical professionals are in the hot seat and coming under more and more scrutiny. The problem for all the cheerleaders of the injection program is that too many survived and are now demanding accountability, and too many survivors are mourning the loss of loved ones and they are demanding justice. Accountability and justice are two of the links that bind and form a society, when those links of the chain are broken the chain is worthless. Accountability and justice are now being demanded by society and if undelivered, then there is no point in trying to maintain Western Civilization.

This is not justice. This forces taxpayers to cover the costs.
In a fair world, the individuals in government would be forced to cover the costs through their own personal savings, and if need be liquidation of assets. And any shortfalls would be made-up by other party members and staff as needed.
Failure to pay in full would result in immediate prison sentences involving manual labor, with the balance offset based on an hourly minimum wage per hour worked.
That, and only that, would begin frightening the evil, leftist scum enough to stop pushing the moronic and evil dictates those behind the curtain send them. They must be made to fear the people more than they love the parasites who give them a taste of the goods they’ve stolen from the productive.
I advised those recommendations here a long while ago. Politicians, government bureaucrats, jounalists too lazy to question the bs that they were told to spoon feed to the public, and the chief executive officers of big pharma should all be paying out compensation benefits from their personal accounts, pensions, and capital gains. The taxpayers should not be on the hook for any compensation payments. It is pointless to take money from one pocket and place it in another pocket of the same pants. While we’re on the subject the same payments should apply to all US agents involved in the fraudulent 2020 election and the J6 kangaroo court. Trust is another link in the chain holding society together and that one has been severely strained over the last few years.
No doubt they will appeal.
