Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson is “stressed out” and has been admitted to the hospital for panic attacks. That’s according to veteran Chicago journalists John Kass and Anita Padilla, who discussed Johnson’s panic attacks on an episode of WGN-AM’s Chicago Way Podcast.
“The mayor’s panic attacks? Can we talk about that?” Kass said. “No amount of anti-depressants can cure him of (Chicago’s illegal alien) problem.”
Padilla said Johnson has sought out professional medical help for stress.
“Two sources told me that he has been in the hospital for these panic attacks. He is stressed out,” Padilla said. “This is a big, big job for him. He’s not ready for it. He’s not a leader. I’m sorry. This immigration issue is not helping him at all.”
It’s either climate change because of the illegals’ carbon footprints causing warming. Or a Chinese virus causing twitch, itch and tick nerve, disorder.
Poor man has only been mayor, maybe 6 months.

It’s the woke double standard at play here. She can shove, kick, slap, spit, bite, or hit a guy square in the package with anything she wants, and she’s a powerful woman standing up for herself. A man retaliates or even just defends himself and he’s a misogynistic masher and molester who should be castrated and jailed for life. Pretty easy to be all tuff when your victim can’t fight back lest the full weight of the state and woke public justice system be brought to bear on them.
It’s the illegal immigrants causing him stress? Not the doubled homicide or the tripled car-jackings since the summer of Floyd? Not the mass closing of grocery or drug stores due to the 10x increase in shoplifting?
No surprise here. There’s documented evidence that anxiety and depression afflict more people on the left of the political spectrum. Sympathy or empathy? None. It’s most likely because their world view would like to blame their personal dysfunction on some ‘medically’ explained diagnoses.
He’s stressed because he’s just been told that he CANNOT raise property taxes, sales taxes, and city income taxes (already highest in the nation) into the headwinds of Bidenomic inflation. Sorry sport YOU LOSE. You cannot simply seize any more of other peoples money in a city that’s already bleeding productive citizens and businesses.
He can’t hold the mutually exclusive positions in his head anymore– I’m a great guy cuz I support amnesty by being a sanctuary city — my citizens are up in arms because we are a sanctuary city.
