Calgary local weather app says sunny conditions are on the way by 4pm today. It appears to not be in direct knowledge of my “Magic Hour” app which tells me today’s sunset starts at 3.59pm today.

So maybe tomorrow we’ll get some of that green energy here.
    Good luck Cowtown.

Also, before you help pull someone out of a ditch, ask them if they work for the federal gov’t, or are in any manner supporters of the former NDP gov’t here.

      1. Yes, the sky is still light at quarter after five these days. Hell, make it 20 after, spring is coming fast.

  3. I’ll wait for our resident IDIOT, thee unDORK to tell us about the perils of GoreBULLwarming!!!!!!

  4. This green.. Has to be semi affordable for it to be put into wide adoption.. They could build them to withstand high winds and severe temperatures, but each crucifix would cost 10X more.. Making the BS business plan even more absurd than it already is..

The new cart before the horse economy.. Free money up in the air.. New engineers standing around with their thumbs up their rear ends.. Politicians wanting progress before the next election.. Keeping the tax payers in the dark.. Feeding the media the propaganda..

A lot of moving parts in a windmill.. Very few have anything to do with producing energy.. The term bubble comes to mind.. But what do I know..

  5. That is Matt Rosendale – one of Montana’s two Congressmen.

He represents eastern Montana and is solid conservative. He was one of the truly outspoken and courageous 18 that fought against the RINO’s in early 2023 and got reforms through.

Our other Congressman, Ryan Zinke also a Republican did not join Matt. I know Ryan and he’s a good person just not that Conservative.

  6. Folks… it’s not a bug. It’s a feature.

This system is designed to fail — when energy resources are needed the most. You can’t tell me that the brain trusts could not have foreseen this. Of course they knew. They are counting on the renewable grid to fail. What I can’t figure out is what their motivation is, but I think I can say that whatever it is, it isn’t in the interest of the rest of us, nor is it to “save the planet.”
