2. In a Dec. 29 injunction, B.C. Supreme Court Chief Justice Christopher Hinkson ruled that it would impose “irreparable harm” if drug users were warned away from public areas — even if that came at the expense of public parks filled with biohazardous drug paraphernalia and other “social harms” such as “unpredictable behaviour.”

   I think junkies should be allowed to use drugs in the courtrooms and chambers of the BC Courts. What does Chief Justice Hinky think of that?

3. Sooooooooo….. the irreparable harm done to a child, especially one infected from a needle jab, is OK then.

   I’ve got $20 that says that this very ruling will be cited as precedent when BC legalizes sex with kids. After all, denying p*dos access to kids would do irreparable harm to the predator.

   1. We’ve become a sick, sick, sick society. Doing hard drugs is “medicine” that cannot be limited. That’s it, isn’t it? Hard psychotropic drugs are now … “medicine” … and the State cannot tell addicts where to take their “medicine”. And children need to learn about “medicine” … don’t they?

4. You know, with increasing frequency news stories are becoming so unbelievably stupid that I find myself re-reading the articles; just to confirm that the nonsense I read was in fact the nonsense I just read, and not just a case of reading it wrong.

5. Where was the provincial court’s concerns about violations of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms during lockdowns and mandates? Oh right, there was none. Lawless and stupid societies go extinct. All this ‘caring’ for people who most likely will end up dead.

6. Judges, being lawyers are the most corrupt of the ruling class and of the society at large, of Canadian society.
   It was not always that way, the socialist/fascist indoctrination in schools of every level has done it.
   Ruskis, the communists, knew how to work it ever so slowly, little bit by little bit by little bit, while nobody noticed until it was too late.
   Must add that those that are interested in the affairs of men were warning and commenting on the effects. They of course, were the rightwing extremists, racists, misogynists, and all the assorted ‘ists that the newspeak lexicon of words the socialists/fascist, communists and other such actual ‘ists introduced to the media cartel.
