    1. I really don’t pay attention to Canadian politics mostly because it’s boring and monstrously stupid, but good for her. Standing up to a couple of effete bullies. Speaking of standing up, it’s sad reflection on our political class that there is not one politician on any spectrum sitting in the place of Tamara Lich and Chris Barber. I think maybe one Ontario Conservative MPP was charged during the protest, oh yes and Max of course for being outside.

      1. Now the ringleader is claiming to have Jewish relatives.

And that’s s’pose to change things precisely how?

        1. Ask Professor Lesley Wood, PhD in sociology, former Ontario Coalition Against Poverty executive member and a senior member of the New Socialists (in Toronto).

I’m guessing she will be claiming she can’t be antisemitic if she had Jewish relatives.

          1. Reader: “I’m guessing she will be claiming she can’t be antisemitic if she had Jewish relatives.”

Yeah, probably. As if she chose her relatives, Reader.

The Fickle Finger of Fate assigned her relatives and has no relation to her racism or lack thereof.

  1. On that note, LindaL, let me segue into a couple on EV’s. The first by Buck Throckmorton, over at AoS:

The lies regarding EVs abound everywhere on the Internet. The Left is busy once again creating an apocryphal reality.

    Pretty much.

…the true cost of fueling an EV would equate to $17.33 per gallon of gasoline.

Not enough. I’ll be happy when it hits the equivalent of USD$100/gal. Let the virtue signallers pay through the nose.

    1. Those were both good reads. It begins to look like EV’s will soon match the popularity of Covid boosters,

  2. DB…I’m with ya on that.

And thanks for the Reminder, I live in a MultiFamily complex…w/Underground parking. Will have said discussion today with one of the complex admins here Re:
    EV’s in underground parkade.

I had thought of parking my 07 D’max in said parkade, but at $110/month for the Pleasure…?? yea, not happening let alone knowing theres EV’s parked there. I’ve a spot outside with plug in…tis all I need.

The EV fad will die off and remain a small niche – besides who in their right mind would buy a used one when New batteries can go for near 50K per..??

  3. Ken Hardie, LIEberal MP for Surrey BC, accuses PP of being at fault for Manitoba murders.

Unhinged LIEberal Alert! So, this is their strategy, going full nutjob, when badly behind in the polls? Appears so.

Dumb and Dumber. Hardie was a government mouthpiece for Translink before politics, and was a “broadcaster”. Seems he’s lost any skills he once had.
