    1. I’m not sure she is batshit crazy but she’s as dumb as dirt. Two of the most used drugs in the world are ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine. They save hundreds of millions of people in the tropics from parasites and malaria.

    Abstract
    In 2015, the Nobel Committee for Physiology or Medicine, in its only award for treatments of infectious diseases since six decades prior, honoured the discovery of ivermectin (IVM), a multifaceted drug deployed against some of the world’s most devastating tropical diseases. Since March 2020, when IVM was first used against a new global scourge, COVID-19, more than 20 randomized clinical trials (RCTs) have tracked such inpatient and outpatient treatments. Six of seven meta-analyses of IVM treatment RCTs reporting in 2021 found notable reductions in COVID-19 fatalities, with a mean 31% relative risk of mortality vs. controls. During mass IVM treatments in Peru, excess deaths fell by a mean of 74% over 30 days in its ten states with the most extensive treatments. Reductions in deaths correlated with the extent of IVM distributions in all 25 states with p < 0.002. Sharp reductions in morbidity using IVM were also observed in two animal models, of SARS-CoV-2 and a related betacoronavirus. The indicated biological mechanism of IVM, competitive binding with SARS-CoV-2 spike protein, is likely non-epitope specific, possibly yielding full efficacy against emerging viral mutant strains.

  16. I believe Ivermectin is still not obtainable in Canada. It is used for many things. Scabies is one. It is currently being researched as a potential anti- cancer drug. Canadians should have access to this as many in other countries do. I have written my MP to complain.

    1. It has been around for over 50 years and has been successful at treating several serious illnesses, “covid” being just one of them. I believe a Nobel prize was also given out for it. The morons who talk about the animal formula in horse paste are just stupid. The human pills or capsules are not horse paste, people who think that are idiots.

    2. In my farming days 30 or 40 years ago I used Ivermectin for parasites in cattle, primarily warble flies. Someone I know had scabies about 10 years ago and the quack prescribed pyrethrin (chrysanthemum flowers) and it wouldn’t go away after a month. I prescribed a ivermectin – a quarter sized spot on his back. The scabies were gone in a day or two. For the uneducated scabies are mites that live in your skin, better known as mange, and they itch like a bitch. When my family had covid, I took invermectin and never got it.

  17. The “horse paste” moniker was a part of a coordinated effort among the U.S. government, big pharma and the media to slime Ivermectin as a potential therapeutic for Covid.

    ANY therapeutic threatened the emergency use authorization granted to Covid vaccines which were not (and are not) approved under normal protocols – they were not sufficiently tested.

    There was a shitload of money to be made and Ivermectin threatened the mother lode.

  21. Lord help us, the reason it combats Covid is because it stops the vascular system from creating blood clots which was the primary cause of death. It is usually used to prevent parasitical infections across the board for all species.
