    How many gov’t. agencies are as clear in their statements as
    federal weather forecasts??? Okay, Public Health, but apart from
    that? Immigration, okay but apart from that, too. Foreign Affairs,
    okay that one, too. (Does it includes domestic affairs under the current
    Minister?). Or is it an endless list?

    List is what is happening to the Canadian ship of state, too.

    Hiring by competency, the most qualified, will that ever return to
    federal, provincial and municipal government? Are there any
    politicians or political parties adopting that in their platform?
