If the economy is doing so well, why is this happening?
The sporting goods and athletic clothing seller reported second-quarter results Tuesday morning that included a 23% drop in profit, despite sales that rose 3.6% in the period. Shares of Dick’s (DKS) plunged nearly 24% Tuesday.
The company blamed shrink, the industry term for theft and damaged inventory, for its surprisingly poor earnings. Although other national retailers have also warned investors about growing theft, Dick’s is among the first to blame its lackluster quarterly financial report primarily on theft.
Dick’s has been pretty dead for years. The only big store clinging on to the abandoned mall on my town.
It’s all overpriced name brand clothing.

I wouldn”t say “banned,” they couldn’t stop anyone else selling AR-15s, they just decided they wouldn’t sell them because AR-15s are “evil.” And as any left-witted marketing executive couldn’t predict, they lost many more customers than they gained for their silly posturing.
They decided that they wanted out of the Shooting Sports realm because it was inconsistent with their values…

The economy is doing better for … SOME. People who have educations, families, skills, and a work ethic. Everyone else is shit out of luck.
I have warned on these pages what happens to a stable, prosperous society when we deliberately import and breed from within … a vast underclass of dependent LOSERS. We PAY poor, uneducated, black, brown and white mothers to spawn LITTERS of children. Children who won’t graduate HS. Our borders are open, and > 4M sketchy people have flooded into America. Yes, some of these people will do menial tasks at chicken plants and fast food outlets … but when the economy turns down … and our economy is NOT doing well … no matter WHAT the LIARS in our Federal Govt. tell you … then these people turn to crime for economic survival.
The result? Anarchy. Total Anarchy. Our Laws … our BASIC, COMMON Laws are being ignored. We HAVE defunded the police … and the police are standing down and not even bothering to charge people with crimes … because communist DA’s refuse to prosecute. Our streets are littered with homeless, mentally ill vagrants … even VIOLENT ones in Portland. I always thought that we would be FORCED to pay UBI to these ne’er do wells, to pacify them. Those 4M illegal immigrants are each getting a $2,200 check monthly from the Federal Govt. But all the homegrown thugs of Oakland get … is a piece of their baby-mamma money. It’s not enough, so crime is their only option. Crime is EXPLODING in Oakland.
I’ve got news for you … it’s going to get WORSE. A lot worse. People and corporations are going to FLEE all these criminally “emancipated” urban centers. We will walk, drive, and haul ass FAR MORE than 15 min. away from these hell holes. Our society has lost all its adhesion. It’s coming apart.

Unfortunately we won’t need to or be allowed to travel more than 15 minutes away from our assigned living spaces. Furthermore we will only need three new garments a year so travelling will not be necessary particularly for those with low social credit standings. See the problem is solved. /s

Worse yet, a large portion of our homegrown crop of young’uns actually are H.S. graduates yet only marginally literate and woefully ignorant of history, simple science, and mathematics. We hired H.S. graduates at our factory with reading skills around a 6th grade level – and lower – and some had almost zero ability to write. And those were the good candidates. [*major eyeroll and heavy sigh*]
There are only so many ‘burger flipping’ jobs out there and when the uneducated illegals compete for them with the marginally educated home grown crop, we’ll have a lot more crime than just from the illegals.
The goal of the GEBs (Globalist/Government/Greedy Evil Bastards) is to have a servile caste wholly dependent on the State. It’s gonna be a lot bigger and more uncontrollable than they planned for.
