Cry Harder, Groomer

About time.

Education Minister Dustin Duncan today announced new parental inclusion and consent policies for Saskatchewan schools.

As of today:

– Schools must seek parent/guardian permission when changing the preferred name and pronouns used by students under the age of 16 in the school;
– Parents/guardians must be informed about the sexual health education curriculum and have the option to decline their children’s participation; and,
– Boards of education must immediately pause involvement with any third-party organization, such as ARC Foundation and the SOGI 1 2 3 Program, connected to sexual health education as the ministry undertakes review of educational resources to ensure alignment with curriculum outcomes. Only teachers, not outside third-parties, will be able to present sexual education materials in the classroom. This directive does not include professionals employed by government ministries or the Saskatchewan Health Authority.

“Our government has heard the concerns raised by Saskatchewan parents about needing to be notified and included in their children’s education in these important areas,” Education Minister Dustin Duncan said.

Predictably, the NDP return to their roots.

    1. Just what the hell is wrong with using the child’s given name? To hell with the insane pronouns.

  1. Honestly… I don’t know how the left can defend such a horrible policy. Hopefully, SK voters are smart enough not to fall for the NDP’s “values.”

    1. Fc. I’m wondering how the extremely well paid department of education let p/p in the door to start with. P/p has always been very up front about what their agenda is and it’s anything but good.
The NDP are being true to their roots here but the sask party is pretending to catch the fox that they let in the chicken coop!

  2. You honestly have these wonder what these “Leaders” were paid, or promised, behind closed doors to double down on this idealogy.

Because I am of the opinion that we are being subjected to an organizated, albeit secret, collusive effort to disrupt the mental fitness of our children.

However we can’t hold any sort of forum on this specific narrative because “reasons”.

Kudos to Saskatchewan for placing the necessary roadblocks to help circumvent the narrative.

  3. Well done SP, overdue to clear air, return reason and authority to parents. NOT some woke School Division, or enable the cancerous sludge spreading in the woke and alphabet crew.
    Well done, thank you.

  4. I wrote a letter to the minister about SOGI 123 back in June and he replied in July. He was all for it in July.

  5. The elimination of 3rd party organizations is particularly important. I am not from Saskatchwan, but I suspect this will do much to confirm Scott Moe and the Saskatchwan Party over the NDP in the next provincial election. What I find interesting as an outsider is how thoroughly the federal NDP has been erased from the province. In the last federal election, the LPC got 20% of the votes, while the NDP were chosen by a mere 10%.

  6. I hope premier Smith is paying attention. I took my son out of school once we got wind of a ‘rainbow’ day. He was in grade 6. I suspect is the feds that were behind this mass attack on the children this past June. The feds have all sorts of programs that target all sorts of local authorities and offer cash in exchange for wickedness. I did send a message regarding my concerns and was contacted about them by an assistant to the minister of education.

  7. Their argument is that some parents aren’t accepting of trans kids.
In truth no parent should be ‘accepting’ of mental illness.
Should a parent accept an anorexic child starving themselves?

  8. What’s the big deal? If parents are OK with their kids manipulating their names or pronouns or whatever then simply sign the form and move on. For parents who object to this ridiculous name/pronoun fad then don’t give your approval. Duncan did not forbid this activity, he only mandated that parental approval must be given much the same as parents consenting to their kids going on a school sponsored field trip. For those who are outraged by these developments and don’t have children in school then you don’t have a dog in the hunt so STFU, mind your own business and for God’s sake get a life.

I will always “have a dog in the hunt” when professional p*dos target vulnerable children, no matter whose children they are. As ought anyone who isn’t a complete sociopath.

  9. You’re being played. This is simply more good wokey versus bad wokey distraction. It still finds acceptable the insanity that children not only can but must be taught that changing their sex is a real and true and even beneficial possibility. That basic, criminal evil remains uncontested. It just means that parents must be kept informed on how the vile indoctrination of their children is progressing. This is pure cop-out.
