Here is my prediction. Neither Hunter Biden or President Donald Trump will spend a day in jail.
It’s not about Trump in jail….it is about the Democrats interfering in the upcoming election.
Trump is going to jail. You have to understand that the four jurisdictions that indicted him are not colluding. They are COMPETING.
Just to prove my point. I’ll make a bet with you that within the next two weeks, Jack Smith adds charges to the indictment. Why? Because Georgia put so many in theirs.
Indictments have about as much value as a pitcher of warm spit…..especially these.
He’s going to jail. It’s a foregone certainty. If anything, the indictments via Grand Jury should spell it out for you. There is no shortage of jurors (and judges for that matter) who will ignore everything other than their ideological position. There is no legal entity in operation currently that will challenge those actions (on the contrary…they are encouraging it).
Trump is going to receive the full Jan. 6th treatment and end up behind bars sooner rather than later.
Oh, and as an addendum. Anyone who protests, comments publicly on those actions will, also, be arrested…and processed. Read the Georgia indictments…that’s a test run.
America needs a civil war, a cleansing, a complete start over based on the Constitution. All communists have to go.
Masters of the Obvious.
It’s an interesting question… Just how tightly was the diversion agreement tied to the plea deal on the other stuff? My recollection is that the diversion agreement only referenced an attachment to the plea deal, not the actual deal itself. Since Hunter and the government attorneys had all signed the diversion agreement, it is quite arguable that the agreement was a done deal, even if the plea bargain fell apart.
This may be running through the courts for a long time, and while I hope that the diversion agreement may be found to be no longer valid, Hunter may yet skate on those felony gun charges.
The judge still has to sign off on it, usually they just act as rubber stamps… occasionally they ask questions…

As I understand it, the diversion agreement itself does (did?) NOT depend upon any sign-off by the judge. There is the argument that it did depend upon the misdemeanor plea deal being accepted, but the diversion agreement only referenced an attachment to the plea deal, not the plea deal itself.
The first thing Hunter did upon walking into the courtroom was to sign the diversion agreement, which had already been signed by the prosecution. If the diversion agreement did not depend upon the plea deal itself, then that agreement became a valid and binding contract upon Hunter having signed it.
I could easily be wrong about this, but there seems to be enough ambiguity that it may take a long time in the courts to sort out.
Don’t forget the double secret immunity deal.
He’s not going to jail.
Even if a corrupt jury convicts him on one of the bogus charges, the Supreme Court will reverse the verdict on appeal.
