Last week an author at Business Insider wrote a story about the large number of people leaving the state of Florida. The story was based on newly released census data which had been published as an excel spreadsheet. It was clear from the thrust of the story that the author’s interest was in taking a shot at Gov. DeSantis and simultaneously defending the honor of California and New York, blue states which have been losing population.
The New York mayor turned her mouth to the other side. First said that she was glad to see all these MAGA people get out of New York, Now she’s begging them to stay and pay their taxes, take care of the illegals. She wants it both ways, get rid of MAGA and pay YourkeTaxes.
We have so many people moving into our area I have to admit the roads are getting pretty crowded;

She hasn’t applied the California Rule, where they try to force you to pay California Taxes on the way out, and for all eternity…

It’s obvious how this happened. Rubin is a hack urgently trying to find something anti-Republican to use against DeSantis. Under the usual time pressure to get something out fast, she slaps together a clumsy article which contradicts itself. Because she’s doing it hastily, she doesn’t bother to check as to whether or not her “cut and paste” job actually made sense or had no internal contradictions.
This sort of clumsy stupidity happens all the time with the legacy media, particularly when their only way of attracting attention from their shrinking audience is to generate controversy and shock value.
A willful lie, because this amoral twit knows – “The public mind has been too much inflamed in this transaction, by misrepresentations – these the examination have materially corrected, but the influence of the corrective, does not extend as far as the injury of the falsehood: for falsehood will fly from Maine to Georgia, while truth is pulling her boots on.”
Lies live for the death of truth, the progressive and DeMarxist way, but I repeat myself. Note their use of fakery and conflation.
The only question is which she cares less for – journalism, telling the truth, her personal integrity or informing the public?
That applies to all of the legacy media. All of them have become nothing more than crude propaganda for the Left. Truth is irrelevant for them; integrity likewise. It’s all about driving the narrative. It’s no accident that as the media has become ever more frenzied in their spreading of propaganda public trust in them, along with viewership and readership, has declined.
The difference: DeSantis has turned California into a highly desirable state that people want to move to.
Newsome is presiding over a state that is following the Detroit path and people can’t seem to move out of fast enough.
It is no contest over who is the successful leader here…

I’m moving OUT of the State of CA which has been home to 4 generations of my family before me. Why? Because “my people” no longer populate the State. And that’s not a “racist” comment … it’s a political one … because all the white neighbors of mine would shoot me dead, if they knew just how utterly MAGA I am. The State has become unaffordable, and hostile to everything I value. And the State of my birth has utterly, and literally turned to shit. We will be cashing out ASAP, and taking our incomes and business OUT of CA.
But let’s be honest. Ron DeSantis has abandoned FL when his constituents need him most. There are multiple financial crises blowing up in FL … starting with insurance rates and cancellations. Meanwhile … the FL Gov. is busy spending the Murdoch’s Billions along with several other globalist, Ukraine pusher, Billionaire WEF’ers. The Gov. is AWOL getting his dick knocked in the dirt by PDJT and the mega MAGA army of angry voters. DeSantis is FINISHED. Done. Fini.
We will definitely NOT be moving to FL. No way.
Simple incompetence or even partisanship does not explain this, but amoral disrespect for citizens and hatred of Trump does.

Jennifer Rubin is an apparatchik of the globalist clan. She, until quite recently, wrote as a conservative commentator promoting globalists who wear the R badge. She, amongst others was responsible for “Milquetoast Mittens” Romney being the Republican nominee in 2012.
The Washington Compost does not edit her and as a result has previously endured other tremendous embarrassments. From this article we read:
“The Washington Post should be ashamed that one of their top authors can’t do better than this.”
She has said /done worse for the same clan in the past. The WP, as a news source, has no discretionary authority here. She writes for higher powers.
Rubin is a “tell” however; and that’s a good thing. Asside from occasional light criticisms of her master’s candidates and polices, which she assumes gives her cover, (Did I mention she’s not very bright?) Rubin writes what the globalist cabal wants conservatives to think.
Life is hard. It’s harder if you’re stupid.
