More Pavilions At Folkfest

Diversity is our strength. Until it isn’t.

A Saskatoon judge used a murder sentencing Thursdayto lambaste Saskatchewan men who resort to violence in their domestic relationships.

“It is 2023. Judges should not have to say that this is unacceptable,” said Justice Richard Danyliuk.

“Yet I do, all the time. And I have grown weary.”

Danyliuk convicted Ranbir Dhull earlier this year of second-degree murder in the July 2020 death of Samandeep Jhinger, his ex-wife’s cousin.

  1. Typical white supremacist Judge … who is ONLY upset because the man killed a Jhinger. And Jhingers are the whitest of white people! Right?

  2. Nice how he lumps all Saskatchewan men into the ‘violent abusers and murderers’ column. I guess he’s one of them too.

  3. Yeah, well… the judge is Ukrainian and therefore noseblind. But he’ll survive the “New World Order” where Saskatchewan men will be labeled violent by Sikh proxy.

    Dhull looks like Gabe Kaplan.

  4. But, but, but, that’s their culture.
    Leave them alone.
What are you, some kind of racist or something?

    1. Agreed. Once one agrees that multiculturalism is good, then incest, cannibalism, gang-rape, racism, and human sacrifices (among many other primary evils) all become good by extension.

Unless you can get them to admit that some cultures are superior to others.

    1. Agreed, but I don’t think that a deep dive into the case was warranted when the basics are in this post. One group is noted to be misbehaving in a way that is in accordance with their culture. The judge blames all men.

  5. L – Is misandry running rampant in the judiciary ? Free speech debate…
Identity group politics is an exercise in collective guilt = Cult Marxism.

Here there are three ethnic minority subgroups dominating the cases
of domestic abuse and homicide. Assimilation to Canadian values
and addressing such would be to encourage those subgroups to solve
the problem internally via the *”sanctions of society”.

Oh, the wisdom of our ancestors, that we’ve forgotten or been banned!

“Saskatchewan men are leaders in Canada in solving their relationship problems through use of violence. It is disgusting, it has to stop. It cannot be swept under the rug anymore. No one ran into a door jam or fell down some stairs.”

  6. The CBC doesn’t have a “comments” section for this story. Don’t they have that for most of their stories? How odd.

  7. The number for the Judges Chamber is 306-933-5155. Just leave a message for the Judge with them. They are expecting your call…

  8. I think a salient question for the judge might be what the ethnicity/immigration status demographics are of the defendants that so weary him.

I know if I had to pronounce sentence on an endless parade of possessors of the Sino-Siberian, Desi or Neanderthal-Semitic genomes and also keep my cushy government job, I might also be weary of having to avoid speaking the truth in open court.

    1. Link from original article:
“Sask. has the worst intimate partner violence rate of any province. “
      Your dumb ass:
Saskatchewan is a national leader in the incidence of domestic and intimate partner violence.
Your linked article says nothing regarding ethnicity or culture. But it does clearly illustrate that both italicized quotes are completely untrue.

With a brief 5 min. research , one can see that the ‘domestic / partner’ violence rate is perfectly aligned with the % of indigenous persons in each territory.
