The World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) is stonewalling a judge’s subpoena of internal documents related to how the medical organization came up with its guidelines for gender confused minors.

WPATH, a leading advocate for child sex changes, was subpoenaed in March by a federal judge in Alabama after the organization’s guidelines were repeatedly referenced to argue against the state’s restrictions on sex changes for minors during a lawsuit. WPATH has attempted to quash the subpoena, which a judge denied in March. The court case challenges Alabama’s law banning sex changes for individuals under 19. While WPATH argued it was a non-party to the case, the U.S. District Court Judge Liles Burke said in a March ruling that the nature of its guidelines was of “crucial import in this litigation.” […]

Experts and advocates who spoke with the Daily Caller in March alleged that the subpoena could cause the entire medical organization to “come crashing down.” They said the subpoena would expose the process, or lack thereof, by which WPATH comes up with its often-cited guidance for transgender children, especially kids.

      The truth is WPATH pulled those guidelines out of their fundamental region, to suit a political agenda. Similar to where the Covid guidelines got pulled out of, and for the same reason.

      And you can tell by the results. What are the results of child sex changes? Double-digit suicide rates, there’s a result for you. How about the number of child deaths from sex change surgical complications? Do we even know what those are? Surprisingly hard to find.

      So, can I PROVE, as in with documents, that The World Professional Association for Transgender Health is a bunch of lying liars in pursuit of a political agenda? No. But are they? Double-digit suicide rate says yes. Refusal to release research and data says yes.

      Enlarge the view to include journals lying about other subjects, it becomes quite evident we have a problem with veracity vs. politics in science generally.

      This is why we all laugh when you quote the Lancet. It’s amusing.

          I always try to be fair, and stick to the facts if we know them, or draw on other areas of evidence if we don’t. Being fair and going with the known facts, WPATH is a political organization first, and does not represent or even respect responsible medical judgement on transgender as a thing. Drawing on other areas for evidence, we see that the entire transgender issue started out as a lie and remains a lie. People, some of them little children, are being made to suffer and often times die for a purely political agenda.

          Going by what we already know, I don’t think seeking jail for these child sex-change advocates would be unreasonable. Certainly they need to be investigated. The part of the iceberg under the water is always much bigger than what you can see.

          I for one would be fascinated to see what a forensic audit of WPATH finances might turn up. Look at #BLM, right? Crooked as a dog’s hind leg.

The doctor who invented the vaginoplasty surgery and other MtF cosmetic treatments, Dr. Paul McHugh, eventually stopped performing the surgery because the suicide rate for transwhatevers didn’t change after the surgery. So the surgery didn’t improve long-term morbidity, and added the potential for life-threatening medical complications. First Do No Harm, is how the oath goes.

            We’ve known this for decades, and no amount of “progress” in “gender-affirming care” has changed this statistic. WPATH knows this, and I suspect that’s part of what’s lurking in their files.

        Except we don’t have to trust any one organization, whether corporate or government. Thousands of COVID vaccine studies have now been done world wide. These vaccines may well be the most studied in human history. And many of those studies are open access, costing nothing to read.

          Did I say vaccine? No, I said “Covid guidelines.” From “social distancing” to masks to “flatten the curve” and business closures, lockdowns, restaurants etc. the government issued guidance has been shown over and over again to be completely bogus. Every bit as false as the WPATH guidlines, if less immediately damaging. That’s just the stuff we know about, the part of the iceberg we can see.

          As to the jab, no one on this Earth or off it knows what the long-term risks of the mRNA genetic modification are. We can’t know. It’s never been done before. What will be the results of body cells endlessly cranking out spike proteins for 20 years? We are going to find out, because the jab has no off-switch. It just keeps going for the life of the cell.

          And while on the subject, where are the two places where cells last a lifetime? The central nervous system and the reproductive organs. What will happen when brain cells have been making spike proteins for 20 years? Or five years, for that matter? No one knows yet. We’ll have to wait another three years to find out.

          I’m very much hoping that the effect is nothing. Because if it isn’t, the tragedy will be impossible to live with.

          Given that possibility, I am very much disinclined to put my faith in the same journals that lied about transgender therapies, guns, masks, statins, salt, female hormone replacement therapies for menopause, ranitidine, gas stoves, and etc. They will lie, deny, obfuscate, and manufacture data to cover themselves. They have to. Imagine the retribution coming for them if this all turns out even a little bit badly.

  4. WPATH and USPATH are run out of a tiny office that runs a bunch of other “Associations”, they also don’t seem to do any primary research, and may only be an association of about 12 people…

  5. Even if they are somehow discredited, it will be ignored. See “hide the decline”. There will instantly be another pretend study that’s more difficult to debunk that confirms the original. The dumpster fire called The Lancet will probably publish it

  6. True scientific endeavour is nothing if not democratic and transparent. If you can’t or won’t reveal the scientific basis for your recommendations then the process is irreproducible and therefore unscientific by definition. If your recommendations are soundly based you’d invite scrutiny. If they’re a house of cards without any solid foundation . . .

    Every advocate, politician, doctor, counsellor, therapist, teacher, media personality, hell if you even post to social media in support of surgically removing children’s genitalia or breasts should automatically be sent to a psych ward for two weeks to assess.

    I assume it is this case:

    An Alabama federal district court judge has issued a ruling blocking enforcement of Alabama SB 184 while a legal challenge to the law proceeds. SB 184 criminalizes parents who seek to get essential medical care for their transgender children’s needs. It provides up to 10 years in prison as penalty for anyone, including doctors and parents, who assists in getting the care these young people need.

    V. CONCLUSION
    For these reasons, the Court GRANTS in part Plaintiffs’ motion for
    preliminary injunction (Doc. 7) and ENJOINS Defendants from enforcing Section
    4(a)(1)–(3) of the Act pending trial. The Court GRANTS in part the United States’s
    motion for preliminary injunction (Doc. 62) to the same degree and effect. All other
    provisions of the Act remain enforceable.

  13. 80% of gender confused teens become unconfused with their natural gender by the end of their teens. Add a majority of the mutilated youth who want to go back but cannot. Lawyers and judges are eager to manipulate standing for individuals and groups, to exclude information from evidence. Now the opposite, subpeonaing evidence, and a groups says the evidence is irrelevant because they don’t have standing. Yet the group’s public guidelines were used. The judge appears to be digging for actual research facts, instead of vague reference. The organization should have jumped at the chance to gain standing and help the judge to shoot down the law. The balking is a clear sign instead that there is no evidence, or contrary evidence, for the group. How factual evidence is excluded is another way our justice system is warped by evil lawyers. But even then, revealing the absence of evidence is evidence.
