   1. You can narrow it down to the block level in Chicago. This block, okay. Next block over, war zone. Go five more blocks, okay again.

      Really, when you plot it all on a map the arrangement is obvious. Cops let stuff happen in this little radius here but they bust anyone who steps outside the free-fire zone.

      Why can’t they clean up the free-fire zone too? Because they’re ordered not to. Why can’t they just arrest every goblin with a three-foot rap sheet and outstanding warrants? Because they’re ordered not to.

      It’s been this way since Prohibition, a hundred years. Everybody pretends this is a “social problem” but it is actually just corruption.

7. IOW, from most likely to commit crime to least likely the breakdown is Black, native Indian, Hispanic, White, and Asian. Quelle surprise! I think that order has other characteristics that you’ll never see mentioned in the finest of universities (again).

8. Looks bad for the non-Whiteys. But in fact the truth is concealed under these numbers, because when you do things nationally like this is makes it seem like the events are equally spread over the whole population. Which is not true.

   In fact, ALL the crime is done by something on the order of 5% of the population. The repeat offenders. Meaning that by the numbers, it looks like every white person does one crime, where every non-white does two crimes. But in fact, when you dig all the way down through the BS you discover that in a city of ten million, there are maybe a thousand a-holes who all live in the same ten-block radius doing ALL the crimes, and no one else does any. As it happens, there are more black repeat offenders than white, at the moment.

   When you plot the crimes on a map, the reality becomes quite apparent. All the crime is concentrated in particular neighborhoods of large cities. Everywhere else is peaceful.

   This is what was proven by Rudy Giuliani with his Broken Windows campaign. He caused all the major crime in the worst parts of NYC to stop by enforcing the laws on noise complaints, traffic violations and petty vandalism. He closed down entire networks of drug distribution by enforcing health regulations on scuzzy bodegas and cafes.

   Very few people do all the crime. The FBI knows that, and lets them do it. What does this tell us?

   1. It tells us that leftists don’t really care about black people. That 5% had wrecked almost 100% of Washington Heights before Giuliani showed up. The local KFC had bullet-proof glass thick enough to survive a nuclear blast. The 95% were polite and civilized.

9. It’s preferable to work from statistics which are not designed to obfuscate the murderous nature of particular subsets by washing their population percentage out of the equation.

   At only 13% of the population one can see that lives don’t particularly matter to blacks, or at least not as much.
   There are race statistics available regarding victims and perpetrators. The leftists’ idealization of equity, equality of outcome would require that a bit of a slaughter take place so….
   Best get off the politics of race and leftist criminal justice, lest the worm turn, and get on with some law enforcement with strong punitive repercussions. Only through this will a BL ever M; or any life for that matter.

11. Gonna’ need a bigger morgue. Build back better = creating more jobs for coroners, funeral directors and those brave souls that clean up the crime scenes.
