…the current situation is a unique policy disaster that has resulted in a violation of Canadians’ fundamental rights and freedoms. As a prominent public policy analyst, Mr. Leis believes that these issues require serious consideration and remediation.”

  2. Zelensky Drives By In Ferarri To Remind Americans Of The Importance Of Filing Your Taxes
“I hit Ukrainian lottery,” Zelensky said of the reported $400 million increase in his bank account. “Yes the country is devastated by war and hardship, but I won lottery. Very excited. Big lucky break for me!”
At publishing time, the Biden administration had notified Congress that additional funding for Ukraine was desperately needed, despite the fact that Zelensky was last seen doing donuts with his Ferrari next to the ruins of a bombed Ukrainian grade school.

  3. The mainstream media are cheering the reduction in the inflation rate in March, from 5.2% in February to 4.1%. Declining energy prices helped offset increases in other prices.

But the Dear Leader opposes declining energy prices so he raised carbon taxes significantly on April 1st, which will show up in the April CPI, with the likely result that inflation will increase in April from the 4.1% in March.

      1. Actually fuel prices are to rise tomorrow by almost 9 cents/litre with much higher prices coming soon in Ontariowe.
No reason for it, even factoring in the switch to a summer blend , it really should be going down, blindsided the industry pundits too.
Get ready for everthing to climb in price except your wages.

  4. Elon hits leftards with another body blow. The Associated Press is outraged.

“Twitter enacted the policy against deadnaming, or using a transgender person’s name before they transitioned, as well as purposefully using the wrong gender for someone as a form of harassment, in 2018.

On Monday, Twitter also said it will only put warning labels on some tweets that are “potentially” in violation of its rules against hateful conduct. Previously, the tweets were removed.”

  5. Does anyone know if the Liberal Party has taken over the NHL referee association?

Nothing else could explain such ineptness, such incompetence.

2 phantom penalties, 2 Lightning goals, game over.

    Embarrassing. Unprofessional. Bush league.

Could hardly watch all year as the NHL Head Office Dictated refereeing finally turned the game into figure skating. Hoped the playoffs would be better.

    Nope.

Is there anything, ANYTHING in this feeble troubled country that isn’t fixed, faked, foolish, fallacious or fantabulous in a Librano way?

    anything?

    1. “Embarrassing. Unprofessional. Bush league. ”

The Vancouver Canucks got shafted the same way this year in a game against Calgary. A Calgary player lifted a Canuck stick *into his own face*, which caused a lineman to call a minor (2 minute) penalty IN VIOLATION OF NHL RULES, which state that linemen, who are not referees, cannot call minor penalties, only major (4 minute) ones. The call stood despite the entire Canuck bench jumping up in anger as the replay clearly showed NO high-sticking by the Canuck player. Calgary went on to score a goal, tie the game and then win it in overtime (IIRC).

Changed the outcome of the game. Outrageously bad call.
