  1. Its one thing for our leaders to spout BS, its another altogether when the people swallow it, hook, line and sinker. Like the idea that native gun smuggling in Canada is a bad thing.

  2. People forego opening businesses, they lay off employees in their small businesses, they slash spending, they find workarounds instead of replacing things outright, they emigrate.

Generational shift occurring right before our eyes. The West will never again rule the world.

  3. We are going to travel through a tunnel of time (we are already in it) where population reduction is in effect and affecting everyone. Women are not having babies anymore. Most of them want the abortion option rather that be forced to raise a rug rat or two. Big pharma is working on killing as many of us as possible. So is the WEF.

Even now you cannot find enough skilled workers to provide what needed here today. Come back in ten years and half the businesses will be closed due to lack of staff and lack of customers.

There will be a vast number of seniors all trying to live off what’s left of our more youthful tax-payers. Many of them don’t bother to work anymore, it’s not worth it after tax and super high cost of living. A lot of pension fund are going to default leaving a real mess.

The only upside I can see at this point is that the young people will have no interest in fighting a war started by corrupt politicians and businessmen particularly who work in the arms manufacturing businesses. The rest of us well be too old, too obese, too lazy or too dumb be part of a military that may have to fight. So we may starve in peace.

The future looks bleak and I am grateful and happy to have lived through a much better period of time than those young people who will soon be in charge of .. more or less. An inheritance that they won’t want,.

    1. The pension default is going to be the big one if it happens. It is not even a remote possibility to most. Do a thought experiment on the physical and psychological fall out on that one. Its ugly.

  4. can anyone honestly say they would let the empty hair run a two flavoured ice-cream stand in real business

    1. Maybe a lemonade stand, cal2, so long as it’s bottled lemonade so he doesn’t make it… liability issues there, I’m sure. But to be on the safe side, I’d install CCTV to keep an eye on him and definitely a second camera focused on the till.

  5. Today. Today is what happens because the trust is gone, never to be recovered at least in my life time. At the beginning of the lockdowns I predicted at least 10 years to recover, not just economically but society as a whole.

  6. That they get away with it is all that matters to the save democracy with tyranny and promote free speech with censorship crowd.
And they are getting away with it on a continuing basis. Electoral defeat simply delays their progression to Marxism. Some must go to jail.
As they destroy natural rights, for example here in Canada/BC owners of property threatened with speculation taxes for empty places.
They won’t stop with their transactions of decline until they get decide every aspect of our lives with their Soviet and China tactics.
Like I said, until heads are on pikes, not just their careers and wealth; they will continue to erode liberty, prosperity and safety.
I fear (and predict) that by the time the electorate fully realizes the harm wrought on them, it will be too late as partisan power prevails.
