  1. So it’s fraud and Pfizer wants dismissal of all allegations (no surprise), not wanting to be uncovered in discovery. A lot to take in, but logical in its presentation. Worth a listen.

  2. A Trillion Dollar Lawsuit. You realize if they win? A lot of lawyers are going to be multi-billionaires if they succeed. A whole lot of lawyers.

And I am perfectly fine with that. Look around at how corrupt and ineffective our governments at all levels. Maybe the Trial Lawyers can and will shake these things up?

  3. I haven’t watched the video yet but with the way things are heating up in the UK over the Oakeshott release I thought I’d stick this article in hear.

Since no one received proper information from the drug companies then everyone can claim that they were not legally and properly informed about the injection as such everyone could sue who ever administered the injection. Which brings us back to the government officials who mandated the injection and allowed the drug companies to escape liability. The problem in suing government is that you are take money out of the right pocket of you pants and putting it in the left pocket minus the lawyers fees. So where do we go from here.

    1. Where do we go from here? Well, depending on the outcome of the lawsuits, we move on to abject fraud which removes indemnification from Big Pharma and government “officials”…..if lawyers make lots of money, that’s fine….but this kind of malfeasance cannot just be let go.

    2. The Gov’t is ALWAYS prepared to throw Big Pharma under the bus. The U.S. contract is worded such that if, for example, the Phase 3 trials were falsified then the pharmaceutical company providing the jab isn’t (or shouldn’t) be able to be compensated. So given that there’s been many billions in compensation paid the Gov’t could just take Big Pharma to court and request repayment. Further, if the jab product doesn’t meet contract specifications doesn’t that mean that there’s no contract? So that could open the door to something ugly for Big Pharma. Too big to fail? Well, not bigger than 5 Billion jabbed people (the vast majority of which caught Covid) and 9 million deaths worldwide I think.

        1. Yup….and so too do many of those directors of various Colleges of Physicians and Surgeons. They are scum.

  4. The Australian Medical Professionals Society has advised its members that “Administering of COVID-19 vaccination is likely not an indemnified action”….meaning of course, that while governments have absolved Big Pharma from the damage they do and transferred it DOWNWARD to those who administer the crap. The letter to its members states that “the Australian Immunisation Handbook further states “For consent to be legally valid…It must be given voluntarily in the absence of undue pressure, coercion or manipulation…It can only be given after the potential risks and benefits of the relevant vaccine, the risks of not having it, and any alternative options have been explained to the person.”

It is absolutely crystal clear that many have been “vaccinated” absolutely under “undue pressure, coercion or manipulation”….

  5. The real victory in this instance , will arise if this lawsuit proceeds to discovery. That is when all the dirty details will begin to air , which will then lead to additional lawsuits by other parties. The hope is this is the first of many which will have profound and as yet unseen consequences.

Neither the Biden gov or Pfizer want this to go to discovery and will try anything to prevent it.

… 2023 looks like it will be an extraordinary eventful year on a number of fronts … US and Canadian election fraud , globalist CBDC slavery attempt , Ukraine fiasco and COVID fraud.

  6. I watched about half the vid. It’s explosive, but the question remains, will the court allow this to go further?
Consider the big pockets of big Pharma. I would not put it past them to try bribery, or blackmail, or suiciding the judge if it goes too far. They have too much to lose. Consider what I think big pharma did to Honey and Barry Sherman when they wouldn’t allow their pharma company (Apotec I think) to participate in this world wide fraud.

They were both found hanging dead inside their Canadian home, just about three plus years back.Hmmmm!

    1. … GerryK

For sure … I would not want to be the judge sitting on this decision. At least he resides in Texas not Arkansas so he has that in his favor.
