“Counsel have filed their written argument, and the case will be heard in Ottawa on April 3-5, 2023.”
It is very foolish to trust more money then a person is willing to loose to the Canadian banking system. Under Justin Trudeau the president has establish that the government can steal your money with out a court order and without you committing a crime. At least in most dictatorships they go through the process of a show trial. Canada doesn’t even do that.

I’ll stand by my earlier comment. This means nothing. I have the attention span of a dog so I’m not going to read it. However, would like to know if in any of those 2,000 pages he addresses the PM’s or even a designated representative’s failure to even engage in direct conversations with the protesters. Negotiations is the wrong term here. Does he even speak to a citizen’s right to protest a government’s order that deny, not just Charter rights, but the UN’s UDHR’s Articles 3, 5, 9, 13, 19, 20, 23 and 27.
It does not matter what beautiful words Justice Rouleau choses to use.
Nor does it matter whether he is right or wrong.
The “legality ” of the matter is moot.
If he be “Uncle Paul”,even by marriage,to Dear Leader…Then nothing he says matters.
For if this familial relationship is true,he is both a fool and a bandit.
I am not a legal scholar or even a bush lawyer,but I can see the conflict of interest here..

When a judge or for that matter anyone in position of authority fails to see that he is too closely involved in an instance where his involvement could cast doubt on the ligitimacey of the decision and fails to recuse himself, that is an admission that he has no right to hold the position he is occupying.
