Unfortunately, the “Deputy Mayor” will likely be installed as the new Mayor temporarily despite no one voting for her as mayor… and I’m sure they won’t make a quick effort to get a new mayor, and will instead put forward a budget that includes a bunch of tax hikes that the mayor and councillors never campaigned on

      On Bay Street, the generally accepted rule for the minimum age for a mistress is to divide your age by 2 and add 7. Tory is 68 so half of that is 34 plus 7 equals 41. This woman is 31, so a decade younger.

    And there is a huge line-up of socialist city councillors who you know are just itching to run for mayor.

    If politicians were to resign for incometence, then the majority of them would be gone.

  24. I see a lefty “strong mayor” in my crystal ball. I worried about that when Ford brought in the legislation. We won’t have to wait long to see Toronto go the rest of the way downhill.

    1. When that happens I wonder if the Marxist politicians will start looking for houses occupied by only one person, a senior, so the city can try to have them declared mentally incompetent, and involuntarily signed up for MAiD, so the houses can be given to “refugees”.

  28. Trudeau would not resign for something like this. (And he is as guilty of adultery as Tory). Nor would any of his ministers. I assume they were both consenting adults. What’s wrong with just apologizing? That’s how Trudeau gets around wrongdoing. Unless he forced himself on this woman, I think resignation is not warranted. Did someone want to get rid of him? Unions perhaps.
