Welcome to the first of Mark’s post-cardiac Steyn Shows – with all due thanks to Audrey and his other French nurses and doctors, and no thanks whatsoever to the duplicitous weasels of GB News.

On today’s show he welcomes back three of his most popular guests – Leilani Dowding, Alexandra Marshall and Eva Vlaardingerbroek – for a look at different aspects of the Big Picture, from the war on farming to the war on basic biology. They also find time to mull the British state censors at OffComm and the death of free speech in the wider west, and to ponder whether Klaus Schwab is pregnant.

  1. OffCom is the British equivalent of Canada’s CRTC. Like OffCom, the CRTC has for decades censored what Canadians watch & listen to on traditional broadcasting networks (i.e., TV, radio, cable & satellite TV). When Bill C-11 is passed into law any day now, the unaccountable bureaucrats at the CRTC will be granted additional powers to censor what Canadians watch & listen to on the Internet. Among the democratic countries of the world, the CRTC will be the most powerful state censor.

      Yeah…good luck with that.
      I wonder if it’s ever occurred to them that people aren’t going to start believing their bullshit just because they try to block access to alternative media sources. The reason people turn to alternative media in the first place is because they’ve figured out that the mainstream is LYING to them! Cutting off alternative media isn’t going to change that.
      You want me to stop going to alternative media? STOP LYING TO ME and I’ll consider it.

  3. A lot of weasels coming out of the woodwork of late. If true, the Project Veritas/James O’keefe thread I just read was nothing short of a Commie show trial. Kind of hard at this point to determine who I have more contempt for, the ringleaders or the squishes who didn’t speak up.
    What the hell, I have enough for both.

    Guessing having 2 heart attacks gives you a new prospective on life, the chains are off.

  6. So great to have him back in business. Losing him would have been like losing Andrew Breitbart. Saw MS speak in person just outside of Philly a while back. Greatest commentator on the planet. It’s no contest. Sure miss him guest hosting for the MahaRushi.

    And that Eva Vlaardingerbroek is definitely easy on the eyes! No one on the left comes remotely close on the hotness scale. MOAR EVA!

  7. Notice how whenever conservatives speak … it’s a “tirade” … or Trump is “raging” at something? And now, people who don’t want their little girls showering with creepy old men, with their olllld balls swinging free … are said to be “verbally harassing” Councillors. Steyn was HARDLY on a “tirade” against Ofcom … oh you’ll KNOW a Steyn “tirade” when it comes. But this ain’t it.

    The left always build straw men out of real people and real events … I guess REALITY is too difficult for them to face?

  8. Thanks Kate for the link. Don’t watch a whole lot of GB tv anymore but Mark Steyn, along with Neil and Nigel, were always worthy of a listen before they were snuffed. Sad to see them gone there. Shows how low we a sinking as a society that right of center voices are being “eased” out. Time to raise our volume somewhat that we are not happy with it.
