Why this blog?
Until this moment I have been forced to listen while media and politicians alike have told me "what Canadians think". In all that time they never once asked.
This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio -
"You don't speak for me."

The chief lesson is this: no amount of regulation can overcome immoral and faithless behavior. The law never saves anyone – it is merely an instrument of punishment. Don’t deal with a person that can’t convince you, by public example, of their trustworthiness. And then trust, but verify. There are no quick or easy solutions and all solutions are a compromise.
And as the opposition said of Tricky Dicky Nixon, “Would you buy a used car from this man?” If the answer is “No”, then don’t give them your vote, or your hard earned assets (thinking of our own Justin…)
And diversify so if one investment goes south, you aren’t ruined. If you have mega cash, don’t keep it all in one bank and don’t keeps amounts greater than your short-term needs in an internet accessible account.
Re: Nixon, “Would you buy a used car from this man?” If the answer is “No”, then don’t give them your vote
1) The alternative to Nixon was Hubert Humphrey
2) Nixon was set up and what he did was child’s play vs. what the left did against Trump.
