Questions SBF Regarding Fraud, Customer Deposits, FTX, and Alameda: “Hey Sam…
Update: SBF has been reportedly arrested by Bahamian authorities and faces extradition.
More at Zerohedge;
According to the NYT, the charges against SBF which in an indictment which will be unsealed on Tuesday included wire fraud, wire fraud conspiracy, securities fraud, securities fraud conspiracy and money laundering. Of course, SBF should also be charged for talking too damn much and adding 15 years to his sentence by being a megalomaniac sociopath, but we’d take attempted bribery of the entire Democratic Party instead.
A lawyer chimes in, pointing out that according to federal sentencing guidelines, SBF could be looking at approximately 612,000 years in prison.

I, I, I, I … yie, yie, yie! Why would anyone give this child money? Or accept donations from his company? Sounds like Justine using a different syllable (I instead of Uh).
This idiot couldn’t get to level TWO of whatever video game he is playing. His mother and some other really bad DNC Actors put him up to this. The entire scheme was to create a new untraceable source of DNC funding. These people are all traitors to American Law and Order … committing Treason as they fraudulently fund elections.
We, as Americans, better clean house of these traitors … FAST. Or it’s over. We’re toast.
“One classic example of this is what happens if one user is lending out funds and the other borrows…and then the lender withdraws their assets. Ummm…what happens to the borrower? Like, do you have to liquidate them? Do you kind of like, frantically try to find more people to ‘? sounds like lend back to them?’…around the edges of margin trading…ummm, ummm, I,I,I,…” Crikey, if I put my business law hat on this to me fits the definition of gross negligence. Buddy literally ran a business where he did not give a rat’s butt about what happened to those that bought in. And I believe he had a DUTY to. What were the promises given? What does the standard contract look like? What do the slide show presentations contain? Any lawyer worth his salt looking for a big Class Action Payday once the Repubs take charge after 2024 will have a field day. Will there be enough evidence to link a certain party of donkeys to this malfeasance and name them as one of the defendants?
A few minutes past the start point, one of the questioners calls him out, asks “why isn’t this wire fraud?”
Does Tom Brady ever holiday in the Bahamas? It’s not too far from his current address in Florida…
not to mention the many faceless or non famous other’s who have lost money due to his theft.
SBF will forever be looking over his shoulder, asking himself if he “feels lucky” enough to go for a walk outside.
He may sound like an idiot too, it’s really difficult to hear his voice, I think I’ll just stick to reading commentary from those who talk somewhat closeted about finding him.
Does anyone believe he will be alive long enough to be returned to the States? He will be suicided to protect the elite.
My thoughts exactly.
He will be “Epsteined” before he can name the Democrats who received the money…..

Wouldn’t want him talking to anyone but us?

What I find so delicious in this whole FTX affair is it was always, as an investment, too good to be true. How much of the hype was grounded in people wishing it all to be true? Bre-x anyone? That this pudgy, sloppy, sexually maladjusted nerd would soon unseat Warren Buffet as the investment messiah. He was nothing but a snake oil salesmen and the gullible masses fell for his nerdish schtick. Wow, he sits in a beanbag chair, doesn’t own a comb and is a vegan! Ticks all the boxes I need when selecting sound investment advice! And now they all lost their life’s savings. Cue the violins. Good for them! Because he was the DNC’s #2 money launderer, he will skate. I still find it hilarious that so many fell for this modern day pet rock huckster.
He likely won’t serve a single day in prison. Democratic super-donor that he is.
