    1. “Woke is worse than AI . . .”

      AI has been notoriously anti-woke. A number of systems have been shut down by the woke over their insistence on observing reality objectively.

    2. It’s only a matter of time before AI gets a “Trust and Safety” update patch.

      AI is still coded by humans, and will always contain adjustments, fudge factors and back doors to “correct” for things. Beware the “AI” label – it will never be all artificial.

      1. Sure, they’re coded by humans, and then trained by humans. The don’t do squat until their trained.
        How that training actually works, in terms of the weights and biases applied by each neural node is not well understood at all.
        Well-trained neural networks can discriminate between male and female faces better than the people who wrote the code, better than the people who trained the code, and better than humans in general.
        Dogs are trained by humans too, some as fighting dogs, some as guard dogs, some as hunting dogs, some as companions, some as seeing-eye dogs.

    1. Civilization is fragile. Modern life is made possible by a lot of very fragile interconnected support systems.

      Look at Ukraine. Russia is attacking its Electrical Distribution System, and millions are without electricity, light, heat, and running water. Look at the power outage in the Carolinas last week. Someone shot up two power substations and power in two counties to 40,000 people was out for half a week.

      Watch Europe this coming year. Electricity, Natural Gas, and basic living costs are already skyrocketing. How many people will literally freeze to death in the dark this Winter? How many centuries old industries and businesses will be destroyed by “Sustainable Green Policies” that are being pushed by the well credentialed Woke Progressive Elites? How many farms are going to be seized and destroyed in the name of Nitrogen Pollution?

      These spoiled, idiot adult aged children, these “WOKE” are destroying Europe and the Americas.

    2. Twitter is still full of crap and censoring people. I’m in Twitter limbo because I won’t delete a joke. My joke? In response to a BS speech by Turdo, “in other words, Carey Price must die.” They denied my appeal and I must remove the comment. Ain’t gonna happen.

The fact that there’s a few powerful people out there who are willing to risk their fortunes, their reputations and indeed their very lives to take the fight right to the heart of darkness fills me with the will to resist any way I can. And there’s no guarantee the outcome will favour our side. The US is the centre of the battle, if it falls we’re all going to be in chains of one kind or another.

    If their brain is easily manipulated by 280 characters in a tweet then they have some mental housecleaning and upkeep to do.

  8. Woke has replaced substance. It’s said “those who can’t – teach” … and “those who can’t teach – sell real estate” (I added that last one – sorry). But now it needs to be modified to: “those who can’t – go woke”. It’s a deflection away from competence. When you’re incompetent … because you’ve not taken the time and effort to actually LEARN things … things of substance and contribution to our society … then you simply make shit up. And everything you make up ATTACKS competency and knowledge. It’s MARXISM 101. Attack success and the successful. So yeah … the primary target of wokism is white men. They’re only successful because they’ve been: racist, greedy, entitled, slave holders. Unh huh … keep telling yourself that. Your wokism will end up in a ditch … and you along with it.
