    Who do you think has time to waste in a months (and years) long meeting drafting a new constitution?
    It is not working people. It is not the small businessmen, farmers, and average people. It is the professional bureaucrats, corrupt union leaders, paid corporate lawyers, and the professional intersectional grievance mongers of the race, sex, and national heritage varieties that would pack any Constitutional Convention. Communists of every stripe and all their fellow travelers. Rich wine soaked Karens that despise their husbands and ignore their children to feel self-actuated, make society safe, and most of all, “get along with everyone.” Every bum, charlatan, and crook in the entire nation would be there as a delegate, overpaid “support staff,” lobbyist, or paid “fiery, but peaceful” rent-a-protester.

    What would we get?
    Rights to Everything, except real Freedom.
    Freedom of Speech, as long as the Speech does not Offend.
    Freedom of Association, in Government Approved Associations.
    Freedom of Religion, as long as your religion is properly secularized and accepting of all.
    Freedom to Peacefully Assemble in Government Approved Meetings and Demonstrations.
    Redress of Grievances by submitting the proper form to the Government Committee to Resolve Grievances.

    The Right to Bear Arms, as long as your Government Approved hunting arms are locked up in Government Controlled Armories, and your knives and scissors have Government Approved blunted tips. All other dangerous arms and weapons will be outlawed for your own safety.

    1. My idea of a constitution would be the US one on steroids, but updated to outlaw digital surveillance and social credit systems, and to make even proposals to infringe on rights a crime tantamount to treason.

        The words are already there.
        The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

        What is needed is the will and the plain law to enforce these words. Throw away the false safety of the PATRIOT Act, and the invasive advertisers’ need to know everything about you.

  7. I think you will find this was not China involved, but is yet another in a very very long list of CIA paid-for and stage-managed colour revolutions. The current crop in the CIA and the DNC are all about selling the “frameworks” that American feudal aristocracy currently sells globally: for “IDE” initiatives, the training up of lawyers and “consultants” to manage the “Brave New PC World” and “bring backward barbaric Pygmy countries into the 21st century” with gender,-bending, social justice, and extremist equality targets.

    It was THAT, i e. the ONLY remaining US export of any value to humanity (I reject the US arms and war industry as – literally – the reincarnation of fascism) namely “institutional restorative justice” that was kicked in the balls and face stomped.

    What you are seeing is a global realisation of what America has become. And the pivot away from American “values”, lest they destroy your country as they have destroyed America, has begun.
