AoS was Never Trump when it counted. He/They we’re part of the anti Trump frenzy that’s still gripping the US. and the site was paid to influence conservative readers. Some of us remember.
Ace of Spades is my daily read just before SDA. Best website for conservatives. They are not notorious anti-trump. Better read it more often to get a feel for the actual facts.
Fill your boots. They appeared conservative prior to the 2020 election then did a complete 180 to trash Trump then switched back again to keep their readership after Biden was elected. Read it all you want but I don’t reward treachery.
For someone as insistent as you are about the NeverTrumpism at AoS, it should be easy to find an example or 10.
You must have slept through the run up to the election. I can’t be bothered going through their archives to look for examples but feel free to do it yourself.

After Biden won, it was mission accomplished, time to revert to fake conservatism again. Several writers and sites did the same thing. Half the Republican Party has been pulling the same switcheroo for years. It’s a large part of the reason conservatives are perennial losers. I was a semi-regular at AoS for a few years but left in the early stages of the last campaign due to the stench of Trump derangement over there from AoS writer(s) and commenters. I have no other reason to dislike them, but it’s a huge reason.

I could never get into that mindset as I’m just too focused on what I’m doing and wanting to get the jobs done with excellent quality as I never wanted to be called back to fix anything.
I always classed myself as the laziest person on the job site as I’d do or create anything to make the work faster or easier on myself. It didn’t necessarily make the slackers like me much.
Some bosses really stunk at their jobs too with lack of experience and knowledge but they still wanted shit done ‘they’re way’…pointing out mistakes became tricky…
Bosses (& inspectors) -sometimes it’s useful to leave something obviously wrong that they will focus on, suggest you change it and go away satisfied that they made a contribution.
I suggested to a coworker that there was a major mistake on a section the ‘boss’ was working on and made the supervisor aware of this concern. The coworker went to the boss and suggested that there was an error and he reviewed what he was doing and praised the coworker for his insight on such a major mistake until the supervisor and I kept eyeing each other and he coughed up that I was the person who discovered it…was short let go for layoffs…even though I wasn’t one of the last guys hired.
That’s bullshit. And it happens every day.

The woke crowd doesn’t understand human nature. They honestly think that slandering people is going to bring about a positive change. To become woke is to somehow transcend human nature and occupy a higher rung of enlightenment. Same thing with communists in general – somehow human nature will change once the government is running everything.

It’s effing trucking. It’s a low skill job nobody wants. People from India seem to love it. People from China, not so much. I’m betting there are 100 available trucking jobs within 100 km of where I’m sitting (no big cities). I would guess most inner city blacks don’t have a driver’s license to start with much less 10 or 20 grand for training. Trucking is a real oddity. The drivers I see make around 80 grand a year which doesn’t totally suck. They either spend most of their time on the road or spend much of their time in some quagmire with mud up to their axles being pulled by a D8 Cat. That does suck.
How could the genius know of hiring of anybody.
One thinks, in his zeal for socialism with human face, he put himself in front, sort of, to run for first place of marathon to wokeism.
Hope the company crashes something fierce.
Don’t worry about the truckers, as long as there is need for them, they will truck along, just not with that company.

There are stories out the BB&B CFO was under investigation by the SEC for an alleged “Pump and Dump” Stock sale scheme. Rumors, not charges.
Maybe the reason he got involved in a stock market scheme was that he was losing a lot of money from their going woke and was trying to compensate?

Yes, Ace was skeptical of Donald Trump in 2015 and 2016. So was I. He firmly supports Trump against the Left and has done so since August 2016, before the election.
