Less than two weeks before classes begin, London’s Western University (formerly The University of Western Ontario) mandated three Covid shots, the ONLY university in Canada to do so. Students held an #EnoughIsEnoughWestern rally on Saturday: great speakers and wonderful energy, but what struck me most were the many sad, serious, young faces. These aren’t the best years of their lives, and Western just made it worse.

This stops when they refuse to comply. If the students strike at the start of classes the administration will break within 7 days.

Yes, I keep reading obituaries for young men in their prime. The deceased often have interests such as running, ironman competitions or other athletic activities requiring high cardiovascular fitness. No stated cause of death but the deaths were noted as sudden and unexpected.
Since there is no health justification for this, I would think the situation could make for a successful law suit. Nobody is being protected by these vaxes, so what is the point?
Obedience? Weed out the undesirables? Envelopes full of cash delivered by the usual suspects?
There should be class action suits up and down the whole damned system. And those lawsuits need to go one step further. Don’t just sue the organization or employer, but the Board members and administrators who put forth the mandates. Sue the PERSONALLY. Make it REAL uncomfortable.
Let’s be clear about this….these universities and corporations are practicing medicine with NO right to do so.
I admire that they protest the ridiculous mandate. However university students should be able to THINK their way around this issue.

Or they can simply lie in their “attestation”. Which is what they should do. But I much prefer seeing the individuals at the university who created this stupid mandate be sued PERSONALLY. Make them wish they were never born.

I am “amused” that Convocation Attendees must be triple-vaxed, but Varsity Game Spectators do not. I would love to know why those two groups are treated differently.

Ask the courts for the right to sue the entire Board for forcing one to get an experimental non-vaccine. Ask the courts to rule that those who enacted the mandate face legal consequences if those who feel compelled to get the shot suffer side effects or heart issues. Sue the tasdards up and down the courts. They waited until students paid their tuition then dropped the vaccine mandate edict, isn’t that called Fraud or negative billing?
They need to be sued PERSONALLY. Every bloody one of them.
Dr Julie Ponesse was a professor Of ethics who was let go from western university for refusing the shot. She has been very outspoken about the ethics of requiring the shot. Her fellow coworkers will not speak to her. She has written the book My Choice. A very interesting read. The indoctrination there runs very very deep.
