  2. As a Canadian, I do hope that this governor is on the GOP ticket for 2024. He has the experience, energy and approach needed for the times. It would be useful for America to have a “normal” US president. Trump, with his energy, may want to try again, but he, like Biden is aging, without dementia issues thus far. Trump did understand that world supply chains would break down if stuff was not made locally. We are experiencing this now.

    Hopefully, by then, we might also have better leadership in Canada too, if Singh wakes up and smells the coffee, as he is loosing his own NDP support. We are headed into another world-wide recession – it is time and the signals are rising.

    1. I suspect the WEF has something on both Singh and The Turdo. They will never quit. Even if politically beheaded (speaking figuratively only, not implying they should be literally) they’d be like chickens running around with their heads cut off for a long time afterward.

      1. JB, Both Singh and the Turd have been “enlightened” by the WEF young global leaders training. As has that witch down in NZ, There is a bunch of Libs here that also did that training. They are in on the global agenda.

        I also recently found out that Harper is connected to them as well, I suspect Pierre P is as well.

    3. My idea of the best 2024 ticket: Trump/DeSantis, MAKING AMERICA GREAT AGAIN FOR 12 MORE YEARS!

      Some will tell you our laws say a president and a vice-president cannot be from the same state. T’ain’t true, they can but then that state’s electoral votes don’t count. There is an easy workaround though, Donald Trump can quickly and easily change his residence to any other state and the ticket’s home free.

  4. Loved DeSantis – until he revealed himself as anti-Trump – great ad – expect to see him run with Noem in ’24.

      1. I’ve heard DeSantis is actually Cuban mafia controlled. (The ones driven out by Castro not the castro kind.) Personally I would prefer Cuban mafia over the WEF just as I prefer the Russian mafia over the WEF.

  5. As SD says at CTH … this is the GOPe running against PDJT. This cringeworthy political remake of Top Gun is really a remake of Trump. There was NO Republican who EVER fought back against a dishonest Press until PDJT. Nobody. So now DeSantis pretends he invented Republicanism with a spine?

    If DeSantis actually runs against Trump … he will LOSE. It’s not enough to fight CRT … but cede the remainder of your Policy to Wall Street and Mitch McConnell. Trump delivered. America was 100% on the right track under Trump’s America-First policies. Promises made, promises kept.

    America (and the world) deserves a Trump Presidency free of Muh Russia and two ridiculous attempted impeachments.

    1. DeSantis has clearly been promised that Trump will be taken out before much longer. The UniParty will indict Trump on some kind of garbage charges and the RNC will use that as an excuse to disqualify him from the primaries. So now DeSantis will become the approved candidate to channel MAGA votes while not actually being permitted to take on the multinationals, secure the border, etc.

      Sundance is, as usual, way ahead of other analysts on this. He’s seen this playbook before.

    DeSantis has, for lack of other word, certain gravity to what he says.

  8. Kenji is correct. Go to https://theconservativetreehouse.com/ and start reading. Arguably the very best analysis site for US politics, it’s owner “Sundance” has been providing a very informed view of what’s going on- and why- in the US. And the commenters are worth the read as well.
    Put it this way: if Sundance is sounding the alarm over DeSantis, you should pay very close attention to what he’s saying.

  9. The only reason to have Noem on the ticket is to lose. What GD good would she do for anything to the right of Gabbard? It’s Desantis/poison pill . There is no way Trump gets reelected to anything antebellum.

  10. Always remember that when Noem faced her very first test, over trans-rights in sports, she utterly caved. Noem= Nikki Haley= Liz Cheney= squish= RINO.
