A man puts on a tie automatically, blindfolded and gets it right 100% of the time. It is not an effort and no discomfort is involved. One dresses formally not because they have a fetish, or want to impress someone, or finagle, but to demonstrate respect for the person they are interacting with. It is an example to civilized behavior, clearly something a millennial, turd worlder operating a gloryhole is not familiar with.

When I was self-employed and working from home, I ALWAYS was dressed in a skirt, blouse, pantihose and heels by 8:00 a.m. For me, it was a uniform for work and an attitude of “Now I am at work.” As well, I would often get phone calls from clients who wanted to see me “right now”. I was already dressed, so only had to gather up their files, the drawings for their project and I was “out the door”.
In the early 2000’s, I became more informal, but I still had the attitude of dressing for work. It is really important when you are working from home (I have had a home office since 1980). If you do not, then I think you become “sloppy” in your work and work habits.
