    In 2013, Canada Pension Plan Investment Board was one of the largest owners of farm land in the USA.
    That’s crazy.

    In 2016, they purchased a 40% stake in Glencore Agriculture for $2.5 BILLION. Acquiring more land in the USA.

    In 2017, they sold it to Bill Gates for $520 000 000.

    Well friends, I don’t know about you, but I am shocked.

  18. There’s been talk about Justin pulling the plug this fall and having another election.

    Jagmeet has upped his opposition on Twitter and elsewhere. Justin can then say that despite the agreement with the NDP, theres too much unstability in a minority government and only a majority can solve that problem.

    Then Jagmeet has two potential outcomes. 1) The Libs get their majority, Jagmeet is done as NDP Leader but is rewarded with a plum appointment. 2) The Libs don’t get their majority, Jagmeet is done as NDP Leader and is forgotten in the dustbins of Canadian history.
