The annual White House Correspondents Dinner, along with the festivities held in the days before and after it, have led to the inevitable spread of Covid.
In the days since WHCD weekend, reporters and staffers from CNN, ABC News, NBC News, CBS News, Politico, and other participating news organizations have tested positive for the virus. Most notably, ABC’s Jon Karl, who shook hands with President Biden and who sat next to Kim Kardashian, has fallen ill, as Politico’s Maxwell Tani first reported.
There is no exact data to indicate precisely how many people have caught the virus from the weekend. But, anecdotally speaking, much of Tuesday afternoon seemed to consist of attendees trading text messages and emails about colleagues and friends and people they had seen who had tested positive. That’s almost certainly going to continue in the days ahead…
But one is.
I’d be good I guess if they’d come out after and realize it’s just a minor cold. Instead though they’ll write stories about how awful it was to literally have cold symptoms for 5 days and thank god they were quadruple vaxxed to the max.
Obviously, it was one of the masked servants that spread it. Even though patient zero had all of the mandated shots, he/she/ze was not wearing the approved mask correctly.
As if it propagated that rapidly.

In old enough to remember when Quebec was going to start fining the unvaxxed monthly and they were still claiming it was a voluntary vaccine program.

My husband attended a brunch retirement party, two days later he have the symptoms of covid and now I’m sick. The worse side effect is the headache, I’m prone to Migraines, but this was ten times worse.
