  1. At midnight exactly 247 years ago Paul Revere, William Dawes and Samuel Prescott and 40 others warned folks in Boston, Massachusetts that the British were coming.

“Revere was captured and questioned by the British soldiers at gunpoint. He told them of the army’s movement from Boston, and that British army troops would be in some danger if they approached Lexington, because of a large number of hostile militia gathered there. He and other captives were taken by the patrol were still escorted east toward Lexington, until about a half-mile from Lexington they heard a gunshot. The British major demanded Revere explain the gunfire, and Revere replied it was a signal to “alarm the country”. As the group drew closer to Lexington, the town bell began to clang rapidly, upon which one of the captives proclaimed to the British soldiers: “The bell’s ringing! The town’s alarmed, and you’re all dead men!” The British soldiers gathered and decided not to press further towards Lexington but instead to free the prisoners and head back to warn their commanders The British confiscated Revere’s horse and rode off to warn the approaching army column.”

    P.S.
I know the route Revere rode– was on it while visiting friends in Boston years ago. Today it’s a highway along the Mystic River.

  2. The mask mandates ended on planes in the United States this evening.

There’s many videos of the reactions to this on twitter and they’re all the same. Huge cheers, stories of a party like atmosphere. This whole thing was a small fringe minority with extremist views. Remember this if they try to lock us down again. Do. Not. Comply.

    1. It took 2 years of fascist decrees until a judge actually agreed that Congress never gave anyone the authority to make federal health decrees requiring masks and likely no authority to decree medication either. I’m guess most states have legislated themselves the authority.

      1. “2 years of fascist decrees”
…and today the University of Sask. announced mandatory ‘masking’ on its premises will be extended to June 30th

        1. I saw a woman at CanTire buying boxes of surgical masks and gloves last week. It’s never going to be OVER with, it’s too lucrative.

          1. Nancy..

            OMG…!

It’s fully apparent that The “KAREN” is still strong in many… their brains overpowered by constant MSM BS. I see it ALL the time….

As for these RAPID tests…?? Stick one into some TEQUILA & see what happens..??
            It will test Positive.

          2. I was at the truck dealer in Dawson Creek this morning. While my vehicle was being worked on, I waited in the customer lounge. I never saw anyone entering or leaving the building wearing a mask.

    1. You may recognize the background music as the theme for the British TV series The Onedin Line.

        1. Thank you for the link. I’m a classical music buff. I was having a hard time identifying the music. My best guess was that Borodin had written it, but I couldn’t identify the piece. Turns out that it’s Khachaturian. Beautiful music no matter who wrote it, though.

The closest that piece by Aram Khatachurian that I think might have been to anything written by Borodin would be a segment of the Polovtsian Dances from his score for Prince Igor.

By the way, the producers of The Onedin Line made a wise choice in selecting that music for the opening credits of each episode:

It nicely captures the beauty of a tall ship with full sail.

  3. Those Strandbeests are freakin’ amazing. I am in complete awe of mechanical engineers, as installing a screw is about the limit of my handyman ability. Those things are beautiful.
