The meet-ups are set up on Snapchat with people that never even met each other before. The Smash and Grab takes place, and participants are given contact information for online fences. Everything is processed, sold, with payoffs to participants within 2 or 3 days.

  19. Hoodrats need spring break too! “Panamaniacs” event in Panama City Beach was heavily advertised on social media in Montgomery Alabama which is only a hundred miles away, other places in Georgia too apparently.

    Get this, the Montgomery police chased down a stolen car, arrested the occupants, and the occupants still made it to PCB in time to carry out 30 car break-ins before the weekend even started. Kamala must have bailed them.
