  1. Current fuel prices are based off of $65 a barrel of fuel in Canada.
    At $120 a barrel, you can expect our fuel prices are a long way yet to topping.
    Add into this our weaker Canadian Dollar to the US and fuel prices don’t have a chance of going back down anytime soon.
    Just keep going up…

    Brian Deese is very ignorant!…minerals used in green energy are produced mainly in China, Indonesia and the Congo.

    Cobalt, manganese, nickel etc are all necessary to make electric cars, and they mainly come from China, Indonesia and the Congo.

    and rare earth metals such as neodymium come at 90% from China.

    That is not energy independence to depend on China, Indonesia and the Congo.

    Brian Deese does not have any idea what he is talking about.
    He knows less about green energy than little me knows.
    Yet he is the economic adviser of the President of the USA.

Wondering how Colonialidiot and King Johan I feel on this issue (after all their opinions are based on feelings, not facts) since they are in complete and perfect lockstep with Greta, Gore, Extinction Rebellion and all the other leftist loons they apparently (but not completely it seems) despised JUST BEFORE February 22. I need to mortgage my house just to buy gas…but let’s stick it to Putin! Nice logic you’ve got there, morons.

  11. Just FYI … the end game to all of this is to USE LESS ENERGY! Oh! And USE LESS WATER! and throw fewer items in the trash. and take fewer trips. And never get on an airliner, ever again. And get rid of your car – take mass transit. And buy less stuff. To destroy capitalism and all the comforts it brings to Western Civilization.

    Basically … the so-called ‘Greens’ want to take shit away from you. They believe it is ‘moral’ to live like the noble savages (BIPOCS) who “lived in harmony with nature”, read: nature kicked their asses and ensured a miserable average of 32 years of life.
