6. I see they’re making a big deal about Trudeau cutting off oil imports from Russia, but I’ve also read that the last time Canada imported oil from Russia was in 2019. Is that true?

   1. Yes, but also worthy of note is that 2019 is the year that Canada imported the most oil from Russia and it still got stuffed in the “Other” bin on most charts. You get more (circa 3% of total imports) from Norway.

   2. I read an article yesterday (sorry, can’t find the link) that noted only crude imports had been embargoed. Gasoline & some other fossil fuels were still inbound.
